Industrial hemp has a wide range of uses and can be mainly divided into three types based on its function: fiber,medicinal,and seed.Among them,fiber based industrial hemp is the most widely planted in China,and Heilongjiang Province is the main planting area.However,industrial hemp used for fiber cultivation in some regions of China has the following problems during the harvesting stage: due to the lack of clear agronomic requirements and national standards for harvesting,local agricultural machinery users find it difficult to operate according to specified operating parameters,resulting in poor harvesting quality.Therefore,this article takes the 4GM-2.2 fiber industrial hemp harvester developed by Jiamusi Donghua Harvester Manufacturing Co.,Ltd.as the experimental prototype.Based on the basic theory of the cutting table,the key components of the fiber industrial hemp harvester are dynamically simulated using ADAMS 2018 and Workbench 19.0.The optimal parameter combination is obtained through field experiments to achieve the optimal operating effect,providing reference for further research on fiber industrial hemp harvesters.The main research content of this article is as follows:(1)Measuring the physical properties of industrial hemp samples for fiber use;The regression equations of single stem shear power consumption,shear force,stem moisture content,stem diameter,shear speed,and shear time were obtained through shear mechanics experiments,providing a basis for theoretical analysis and numerical simulation.(2)According to the working principle and structure of the industrial hemp cutting and drying machine for fibers,the key operating parameters are defined as forward speed,cutting speed,and conveying speed.Based on the basic theory of vertical cutting and conveying,combined with the structural dimensions,actual working conditions,and mechanical test conclusions of the prototype,the theoretical operation parameter range is obtained: cutting speed is 0.35-4.0m/s,forward speed value is 0.3-3.8m/s,and conveying speed ratio is 1.9-2.5.(3)Using Workbench 19.0 for display dynamics analysis of the cutting model,it was concluded that the cutting effect is best when the cutting speed is 2.5m/s.Perform dynamic simulation analysis of the conveying model using ADAMS 2018,and obtain the corresponding chain transmission combination and conveyor belt conveying speed based on the conveying speed ratio of each operation parameter combination.(4)Conduct field experiments on the operating parameters of industrial hemp cutting and drying machines for fibers,and use the coefficient of variation of laying angle,laying thickness,and cutting height as evaluation indicators,with forward speed,cutting speed,and conveying speed ratio as influencing factors.Through field validation experiments and using the Design Expert 8.0.6 response surface method,the optimal combination of operating parameters was obtained as follows: forward speed of 2.1m/s,cutting speed of 2.5m/s,conveying speed ratio of2.2,coefficient of variation of laying angle of 6.88%,coefficient of variation of laying thickness of 4.11%,and stubble height of 10.4cm.The re-cutting rate under the optimal combination of operation parameters is 8.4%,without any missed cutting phenomenon.
