Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Essential Hypertension (blood Stasis And Yin Deficiency And Yang Hyperactivity Syndrome) With Xinmaitong Capsul

Objective:To application of Xinmaitong Capsule in the treatment of patients with grade 1 and grade 2 primary hypertension with yin deficiency and yang hyperactivity and blood stasis block.Observing the changes in blood pressure before and after taking the medication and the improvement of related symptoms through treatment comparison,and evaluating the clinical efficacy and safety of Xinmaitong Capsules.Methods:Collecting the primary hypertension grades 1 and 2(blood stasis block and hyperactivity of yin deficiency and yang deficiency)60 cases from June 2017 to December 2018,who were admitted to the Cardiology Department of the Third Affiliated Hospital of Beijing University of Traditional Chinese Medicine.And randomly dividing into a treatment group and a control group in a 3:1 ratio.The treatment group has 45 cases,and the control group has 15 cases.The treatment group was given oral Xinmaitong capsules and Xinkeshu tablets.The control group was given oral Xinkeshu tablets and Xinmaitong capsules.Observation period is 12 weeks.Before and after the test,the changes in sitting blood pressure,syndrome scores,and TCM symptoms were recorded in the two groups.The results were analyzed statistically using SPSS 23.0.Results:1.Blood pressure level control:after treatment,the measured systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure of the two groups of patients were significantly different from those before treatment(P<0.05)The effective rate was 93.3%in the treatment group and 80%in the control group.The compliance rate was 73.3%in the treatment group and that in the control group was 46.7%.The results showed that Xinmaitong Capsule had a better antihypertensive effect than Xinkeshu Tablets.2.The score of hypertension symtoms:after treatment,the total scores of TCM syndromes of patients in the treatment group and the control group were significantly different from those before treatment(P<0.05).There were significant differences in TCM single symptoms between the tw o groups of patients after treatment compared with those before treatment(P<0.05).Comparing the scores of individual symptoms between the two groups after treatment,the treatment group has significant differences in relieving headache,dizziness and insomnia.The cure rate was 28.89%in the treatment group and 0.00 in the control group.The results showed that Xinmaitong Capsules improved the symptoms of hypertension better than Xinkeshu Tablets.3.Safety evaluation:Xinmaitong Capsules are safe and reliable for the treatment of blood stasis and yin deficiency-yang hyperactivity type essential hypertension in this trial.
