Clinical Observation On Yiqi Tongmai Granules In The Treatment Of Chest Pain With Qi Deficiency And Blood Stasis Syndrom

Objective:In this study,the effect of Yiqitongmai granule combined with nitrates in the treatment of chest palsy and blood stasis of coronary heart disease was observed,in order to provide clinical reference for the prevention and control of coronary heart disease.Methods:From September 2019 to December 2020,patients with pneumocytosis(S=116)who were admitted to the cardiology department of our hospital were selected and divided into control group and experimental group(n=58).The control group was given a nitrate drug,and the experimental group added beneficial gas passage granules to the control group.The effect was observed after four weeks of treatment in both groups of patients.The blood lipid level and TCM syndrome score of the two groups before and after the first administration and the last administration were recorded,and the patiens’ ECG improvement and efficacy judgment after the last administration were recorded.SPSS25 was used for statistical analysis to compare the differences between the two.Results:(1)Comparison of ECG improvement in the two groups: after 4weeks of treatment,the ECG status of both groups of patients improved,and the difference was statistically significant.The experimental group was better than the control group(p<0.05);(2)The TCM syndrome scores and comparisons of the two groups of patients: the TCM syndrome scores of both groups improved,and the difference was statistically significant(p<0.05);compared between the groups,before treatment,there was no difference between the two groups(p>0.05),after 4 weeks of treatment,the test group and the control group had differences in TCM syndrome scores,and the experimental group was better than the control group(p<0.05);(3)The efficacy of the two groups was compared: after 4 weeks of treatment,the disease efficacy of the two groups was improved,and the difference was statistically significant(p<0.05),and the test group and the control group had differences in disease efficacy determination The experimental group was better than the control group(p<0.05);(4)compared the blood lipid levels of the two groups: the blood lipid levels of the patients in the experimental group were improved,and the difference was statistically significant(p<0.05),and the blood lipid levels in the control group were not significantly improved(p>0.05);the comparison between the two groups was no difference(p>0.05)before treatment,and after 4 weeks of treatment,the experimental group and the control group had differences in disease efficacy determination,and the experimental group was better than the control group(p<0.05).Conclusion:According to the data feedback from this test,the chest palsy deficiency blood stasis evidence prevented and treated with Yiqitongmai granule combined with nitrate-type drugs is higher than that of single-use nitrate-type drugs,and is safe and efficient,which puts forward a clinical basis for the prevention and treatment of stable angina.
