Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Preoperative Swelling Of Tibial Plateau Type IV-VI Fractures With Qi Stagnation And Blood Stasis Syndrome By Taohong Siwu Decoction Combined With Fangji Huangqi Decoctio

Objective: On the basis of conventional treatment,Tao Hong Si Wu Decoction and Fang Ji Huang Qi Decoction are added and reduced to treat Schatzker type IV,V and VI tibial plateau fractures(qi stagnation and blood stasis)to observe whether there can be better swelling effect and shorten the preoperative preparation time.Methods: The number of 65 cases admitted to our department from January 2021 to January 2022 belonging to the tibial plateau fracture and meeting this clinical observational study was included,Patients were divided into two groups using the random number tables,In the control group of 32 patients,In the observation group,among the 33 patients,In both groups,regular therapy,including ice application,affected limb elevation,drug static drops + oral administration,foot and ankle flexion and extension and isometric contraction of the quadriceps muscle,The observation group add Tao Hong Si Wu Decoction and Fang Ji Huang Qi Decoction on the first day after hospital,The peripheral calf diameter swelling ratio on days 1,3,5 and 7 and the preoperative preparation time of both groups were recorded,The recorded clinical data will be collected for relevant statistical analysis using the statistical analysis software SPSS28.0,Analyze,compare and interpret the data changes of the two groups of indicators and assess the clinical efficacy.Results:1.In terms of sex,age,fracture limb and classification,there was no statistical difference in the test group and the control group: P> 0.05;2.There was no statistical difference in calf swelling grade and calf swelling peripheral diameter ratio: P> 0.05 before treatment;3.D3,D5 and D7 showed P <0.05 in calf swelling peripheral diameter ratio compared between groups,the test group subsided faster;4.In terms of preoperative preparation time,there was a statistical difference of P<0.05 between the test group and the control group,and the test group time was even shorter.Conclusion: Through the calculation,recording,statistics and statistical analysis of the control and test groups:1、Both the control group and the test group could effectively reduce the swelling,and the peripheral calf swelling ratio decreased with the increase of hospital days;2、the addition of Tao Hong Si Wu Decoction and Fang Ji Huang Qi Decoction,the test group can reduce swelling faster than the control group,and can shorten the preoperative preparation time by about 2-3 days.
