Clinical Circulation Xiaozhongzhitong Tincture Treatment Of Tibial Plateau Fracture Surgery Swelling Pain

Objective: To investigate the circulation Xiaozhongzhitong tincture in the treatment of tibial plateau fracture surgery swelling and pain role for further clinical research and application to provide evidence.METHODS: A prospective study, we observed 60 patients with tibial plateau fracture surgery were randomly divided into two groups with 30 patients in the control group, the experimental group of 30 patients, the test group were swelling and pain tincture rubbed circulation control group rubbed medical alcohol to preoperative and postoperative 1.3,5,7,14 day of pain, swelling and Rasmussen tibial condyle fractures knee score, function score of efficacy outcome measures, two groups of patients clinical efficacy were observed and compared.Results: Preoperative between the two groups showed no significant difference(P> 0.05); after the first 14 days of pain between the two groups was statistically significant(P <0.05); 14 days after the swelling degree of difference between the two groups was statistically significance(P <0.05); two groups of patients before treatment and 14 days Rasmussen tibial condyle fractures knee score, function score efficacy, the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).Conclusion: the experimental group compared with the control group had better swelling and relieving pain, swelling and pain tincture circulation is an effective reduction of tibial plateau fracture surgery swelling and pain medication, provide a useful reference for clinical application, effectively promote the development of Chinese medicine.
