Research On The Medication Rules Of Professor Lou Xien In Treating Menopausal Syndrome Based On Data Minin

Objective:To summarize and analyze Professor Lou Xien’s medication patterns and diagnosis and treatment strategies for treating menopausal syndrome.Based on the experience of his fellow teachers and interviews with Professor Lou Xien’s experience in treating menopausal syndrome,this study aims to further clarify his differentiation and treatment strategies,and to explore his academic ideas in depth,in order to provide reference for the traditional Chinese medicine differentiation and treatment of menopausal syndrome in clinical practice.Method:Collect patients who were diagnosed with menopausal syndrome by Professor Lou Xien at the Endocrinology Department of the Third Affiliated Hospital of Beijing University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from June 1,2017 to June 1,2022,and met the inclusion and exclusion criteria of this study.After organizing and standardizing the case data,use the "Report Statistics System" of the Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Assistance Platform(V2.5)to conduct frequency statistics on the general information,TCM syndrome types,drug frequency,sexual taste,and meridian tropism of the cases;Then through the "data analysis system" composed of multivariate statistical algorithms such as "association rule analysis","entropy clusteringn","improved mutual information method",the platform makes statistics on drug association rules,core drugs,core combinations,new formula combinations and other group rules.Result:A total of 185 patient cases and qualified prescriptions were included in this study,all female patients,with an overall age distribution of 41 to 60 years old.According to the statistics of all included cases,there are 7 main types of traditional Chinese medicine syndromes;154 Chinese herbal medicines;16 categories of traditional Chinese medicine;The"Four Qi"of traditional Chinese medicine mainly include cold,calm,and warm properties;The "five flavors" of traditional Chinese medicine mainly include sweet,bitter,and pungent flavors;The "meridian tropism" of traditional Chinese medicine mainly refers to the liver,kidney,heart,spleen,lung,and gallbladder meridians;30 high-frequency drugs;The commonly used doses of traditional Chinese medicine are 12g,15g,and 20g;In the statistics of drug composition rules,the "association rule" function is used to obtain 1537 commonly used drug combinations for 2 to 6 drugs,involving 13 drugs;Six core drug combinations with different core levels were identified using entropy clustering analysis,resulting in 18 core drug combinations,9 pairs,and 7 new formula combinations.Conclusion:①The dialectical characteristics of Professor Lou Xien’s treatment of menopausal syndrome are:tonifying the liver and kidney,with yin deficiency as the foundation;Nourishing kidney yin,balancing yin and yang;Combination of disease differentiation and syndrome differentiation Professor Lou Xien’s medication approach is:to calm down,tonify and relieve diarrhea,and to use both cold and warm;The taste is heavy,sweet,bitter,and pungent,which belongs to the meridians and governs the liver and kidney;Overall concept,dialectical unity The core drug group commonly used by Professor Lou Xien when prescribing medication is:Rehmannia glutinosa-Cornus oficunalis;Poria cocos Atractylodes macrocephala;Chaihu Yujin;Artemisia annua-Peony bark-Phellodendron amurense-Gardenia jasminoides.④ Among Professor Lou Xien’s new combinations of prescriptions for treating menopausal syndrome,there are 7 ones that have theoretical guidance significance,namely:White peony,Pinellia ternata,Angelica sinensis,Fried Atractylodes macrocephala,Coix seed,Turtle shell,Poria cocos;Fu Shen,magnet,lotus seed heart,gentian,acacia bark,cinnamon twig;Fu Shen,Lian Zi Xin,Shou Wu Teng,Gentian;Artemisia annua,Rehmannia glutinosa,Fried Atractylodes macrocephala,Phellodendron amurense,Dragon Bone;Chaihu,Sour Jujube Kernel,Cinnamomum Cinnamomum,Rehmannia glutinosa,Turmeric;Achyranthes bidentata,goji berries,Huai Achyranthes bidentata,Cornus officinalis,peony bark;Turtle shell,Curcuma,Gardenia jasminoides,Anemarrhena asphodeloides,and Achyranthes bidentata.⑤ Professor Lou Xien’s characteristic medication for the treatment of menopausal syndrome:emphasizing the pathogenesis of "liver and kidney yin deficiency",advocating for nourishing the liver and kidney treatment,while reasonably combining the use of liver blood nourishing and liver yin nourishing drugs to fill the liver body and strengthen liver function.Commonly used liver tonifying drugs include Angelica sinensis,Paeonia lactiflora,Ligustrum lucidum,and Eclipta grandiflora.
