Clinical Study On The Treatment Of Androgenic Alopecia Of Spleen And Kidney Deficiency Type With Hair Care Cream Combined With Lase

Objective: To observe the clinical eff ect and safety of Yangfa Herbal Paste combined with laser in the treatment of androgenetic alopecia with deficiency of spleen and kidney.Methods: A total of 78 subjects meeting the inclusion criteria were selected and randomly divided into treatment group(Yangfa Herbal Paste combined with laser group)and control group(laser group),with39 cases in each group.The total course of treatment is 12 week s,and the patients’ symptom and sign scores and TCM symptoms scores were recorded before treatment 、4 weeks 、8 weeks and 12 weeks of treatment,and dermoscopic signs was compared before and after treatment,and the safety was evaluated.SPSS 25.0 statistical software was used to analyze and process the data.Results: 1.Among the 78 subjects selected,3 cases were shed in the treatment group and the control group respectively,and 72 cases were actually observed.Before treatment,there were no statistically significant difference in the comparison of gender,age,course of disease,symptom and sign scores and TCM symptoms scores,and dermoscopic signs between the two groups(P > 0.05).2.After 12 weeks of treatment,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 86.1%,and the total effective rate of the control group was66.7%,and the difference between the efficacy of the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05)and no adverse reactions occurred during the study,indicating that the efficacy of the treatment group was better than that of the control group,which was safe and reliable.3.After 12 weeks of treatment,there were statistically significant differences in the treatment group before and after treatment in terms of symptom and sign scores,TCM symptoms scores,and dermoscopic signs(the difference of hair stem diameter>20%,the yellow spot sign,brown hair circumference sign,and the increase of single hair follicle unit)(P<0.05);In the control group,there were statistically significant differences(P>0.05)in terms of symptom and sign scores and dermoscopic signs(the difference of hair stem diameter>20% and the increase of single hair follicle unit),while there was no significant difference(P>0.05)in TCM symptoms scores and dermoscopic signs(yellow spot sign,brown hair circumference sig n).4.After 12 weeks of treatment,there were statistically significant differences in symptom and sign scores(hair growth,the degree of greasiness),TCM symptoms scores,and dermoscopic signs(the difference of hair stem diameter>20%,yellow spot sign,the increase of single hair follicle unit and the brown hair circumference sign)between the two groups(P<0.05);There were no significant differences in symptom and sign scores(the number of hair loss,the degree of itching,and degree of scaling)between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:1.Yangfa Herbal Paste combined with laser has a good clinical effect in the treatment of androgen et ic alopecia with deficiency of spleen and kidney,which can effectively improve improve patients’ the hair growth,the degree of greasiness and TCM symptoms scores,and improve the dermoscopic signs such as the difference of hair stem diameter>20%,yellow spot sign,increase of single hair follicle unit and brown hair circumference sign.2.Yangfa Herbal Paste combined with laser is effective and safe in treating androgenetic alopecia with deficiency of spleen and kidney,which is worthy of clinical promotion and further study.
