Objective: Through retrospective study and data mining technology,this paper summarizes the medication rules of Professor Dong Bo in the treatment of palpitation.Materials and Methods: The patients with palpitation who were diagnosed and treated by Professor Dong Bo in the Affiliated Clinic of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from October 2020 to December 2022 and met the research criteria were selected as the study subjects.Based on the general information contained in the case and the first prescription medication,the database was established with WPS office Excel 2019,and the SPSS Statistics 27 and SPSS Modeler18 software were used to analyze the first prescription medication in the included cases through frequency analysis,correlation analysis,and cluster analysis,and summarized the medication rule of Professor Dong Bo in the treatment of palpitation based on the rise and fall of qi.result:1.A total of 104 cases were included in this study,including 33 males,accounting for31.73% of the total;There are 71 women,accounting for 68.27% of the total number.The number of female patients is significantly higher than that of male patients.The age range of patients is 18-83 years old,the minimum age is 27 years old,the maximum age is 84 years old,the average age is 54.83 years old,there are 20 patients aged 18-40 years old,accounting for 19.23% of the total number;63 people aged41-65,accounting for 60.58% of the total;There are 21 people aged ≥ 66,accounting for 20.19% of the total.Most of the patients with palpitation are middle-aged.2.Professor Dong Bo’s first diagnosis prescription for 104 patients with palpitations involved 133 Chinese herbs,and the total frequency of drug use was 1750 times.The top 10 traditional Chinese medicines for frequency of use are: cassia twig,roasted licorice,poria cocos,oyster,keel,bupleurum,angelica,pinellia,atractylodes macrocephala and tangerine peel.Among the drugs used by Professor Dong Bo to treat palpitation,the liver and heart meridians are the most;The four drugs are mainly warm,followed by cold drugs;The five flavors of medicine are mainly sweet and spicy.The first five kinds of drugs used are tonic drugs,antipyretic drugs,antipyretic drugs,blood activating drugs and qi regulating drugs.3.Through correlation analysis,Professor Dong Bo’s common drug pairs are keel-oyster,cassia twig-roasted licorice,cassia twig-tuckahoe;Common prescription is cassia twig,licorice,keel and oyster soup.4.Through cluster analysis,Professor Dong Bo’s commonly used drug pairs are keel-oyster,bupleurum-scutellaria baicalensis,ginger-jujube,poria cocos-atractylodes macrocephala.Common drug combinations include oyster,keel,cassia twig,bupleurum,scutellaria baicalensis,pinellia ternata,jujube,ginger,radix pseudostellariae,dried ginger and trichosanthin;Poria cocos,atractylodes macrocephala,orange peel,atractylodes macrocephala,almond,roasted licorice,salvia miltiorrhiza,angelica,astragalus,agrimony,epimedium,ginseng,asarum.Conclusion:1.Professor Dong Bo’s commonly used drugs for the treatment of palpitation based on the rise and fall of qi are cassia twig,roasted licorice,poria cocos,oyster,keel,bupleurum,angelica,pinellia,atractylodes macrocephala,and tangerine peel.Common drug pairs are: keel-oyster,cassia twig-roasted licorice,cassia twig-poria cocos,bupleurum-scutellaria baicalensis,ginger-jujube,poria cocos-atractylodes macrocephala.The commonly used prescriptions are cassia twig and keel oyster soup plus or minus,and Buzhong Yiqi soup plus or minus.2.Professor Dong Bo’s commonly used traditional Chinese medicine for the treatment of chest pain and heartache with insomnia is mainly warm medicine and cold medicine;The medicine taste is mainly "sweet" and "spicy";Meridians mainly refer to liver and heart meridians.3.Professor Dong Bo,based on the theory of ascending and descending qi,analyzed the occurrence of palpitations through the pathological observation of "left ascending disorder and right descending failure" Analyze the disease and use "ascending and descending phases to stop palpitations" as the starting point for prescription and medication,providing a basis for the treatment of palpitations New ideas.
