Research On The Medication Rules Of Traditional Chinese Medicine Compound In The Treatment Of Idiopathic Pulmonary Fibrosis Based On Data Minin

Purpose:To explore the dosing pattern of herbal compounding in the treatment of idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis,and to summarize and discuss it,so as to provide a basis for clinical prescription use.Material and method:The first medical records of patients who met the diagnostic criteria for idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis in the inpatient and outpatient departments of the Department of Respiratory and Critical Care Medicine of the Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of Chinese Medicine from September 2020 to September 2022 were collected,and the database was established using Microsoft Office Excel.We used SPSS Modeler 18.0 and SPSS 26.0 software to analyze the association rules and cluster analysis,summarize and discuss the statistical and analytical results,and explore the rules of prescriptions and medications.Results:1.After screening according to the nadir criteria,113 patients were included,of which the male to female ratio was 1:1.02,with more patients in the age group of 60-69 years,more patients without a clear history of smoking totaling 76,and more patients with a history of cardiovascular system disease totaling 32.2.The largest number of patients with lung-kidney qi deficiency evidence was collected in46 cases,and the largest number of patients with concurrent evidence was 8 cases with lung-kidney qi deficiency and blood stasis evidence.In terms of clinical symptoms,shortness of breath was the most common symptom,and the combination of symptoms with the highest correlation was dry mouth and shortness of breath.3.A total of 113 first prescriptions were collected,involving a total of 147 kinds of traditional Chinese medicines,among which maidenhair was used most frequently.Among the efficacy classifications of traditional Chinese medicines,tonic drugs,phlegm-reducing and cough-quelling drugs and heat-clearing drugs were used more frequently,and among tonic drugs,qi-reducing drugs were used more frequently,phlegm-reducing and cough-quelling drugs were used more frequently to clear heat and phlegm,and among heat-clearing drugs,heat-clearing and fire-removing drugs were used more frequently.In terms of the distribution of the four gases of drugs,warm drugs were used most frequently(36.73%);in terms of the distribution of the five flavors,light drugs were used most frequently(20.71%);and in terms of the distribution of the attributive meridians,drugs attributed to the lung meridian were used most frequently(26.15%).4.Results of drug association rule analysis: 42 high-frequency Chinese medicines were analyzed by association rule,and the highest support and confidence in the second-order association rule was Bei Sha Shen + Mai Dong;in the third-order,Chai Hu + Radix Platycodon + Mai Dong;in the fourth-order,Ze Di + Cornus + Poria + Shan Yao.5.The results of drug cluster analysis: 42 flavors of HF Chinese medicine were clustered into5 categories,which were the most reasonable.The first category: Cornus officinalis,Yam,Poria,Zedoary,Radix Rehmanniae,Mudanpi,Schisandra,Atractylodes,Chenpi,Astragalus,and Radix Codonopsis;the second category:Radix et Rhizoma,Aster,Semen,Perilla,and Trichosanthes;the third category: Scutellaria,Morinda citrifolia,Rhizoma rehmanniae,Qianhu,Psidium guajava,Fructus zhebei,Gardenia,and Zhi Mu;the fourth category: Pearl,Ziziphiopogon,and Radix Bupleurum;the fifth category: Radix Salviae Sinensis,Lily,Radix Paeoniae Alba,Radix Angelicae Sinensis,Rhizoma Chuanxiong,Radix et Rhizoma Ginseng.Radix Rehmanniae Praeparata,Radix Rehmanniae Praeparata,Panax notoginseng,Glycyrrhiza glabra.Conclusion:1.Idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis is a syndrome of deficiency in nature and excess in superficiality,which is always based on lung and kidney qi deficiency and marked by blood stasis and internal resistance.2.The deficiency-reinforcing drugs are commonly used in combination with phlegm-resolving antitussive and antiasthmatic drugs and heat-clearing drugs for treatment,and the therapies of tonifying lung,tonifying kidney,relieving cough and asthma,nourishing yin,moistening lung,clearing heat,eliminating phlegm,activating blood,and resolving stasis are often adopted.The methods of reinforcing soil,generating gold,and generating gold with gold and water are often adopted in combination.3.The treatment of patients with idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis is often based on the combination of Qiwei Duqi Pill with Buzhong Yiqi Decoction,Qingjin Huatan Decoction,Baihe Gujin Decoction and other prescriptions.In addition,the drugs of activating blood and resolving stasis are flexibly used to modify the drug taste according to the clinical symptoms of patients.
