Exploring The Medication Rules Of Traditional Chinese Medicine Compound For The Treatment Of Pulmonary Fibrosis Based On The Treatment Of Lung And Splee

Purpose:On the basis of the theory of treating both lung and spleen,the author summarized and analyzed the data of traditional Chinese medicine compound prescription,in order to explore the regularity and frequency of IPF prescription,analyze its common compatibility,explore the regularity of TCM compound prescription in treating IPF,the feasibility and method of treating IPF with both lung and spleen,to provide reference and basis for clinical treatment of pulmonary fibrosis in the future.Method:To establish the database of traditional Chinese medicine(tcm)prescription for pulmonary fibrosis,analyze the included TCM prescription,and count the frequency and frequency of drug use.At the same time,cluster analysis and association analysis were used to mine the rule of medication and common compatibility.Results:in this study,200 traditional Chinese medicine prescriptions for pulmonary fibrosis were included,and 84 herbs were used.Traditional medicines include Codonopsis draba,tangerine bark,white rhizoma,platycosa platycoba,fritillary fritillary,poria coba,draba loquat leaf,nemorosa draba,and loquat leaf.The frequency and frequency statistics of high-frequency drugs were carried out from the Angle of four qi.From high to low,there were six kinds of drugs: Ping,warm,slightly cold,cold,slightly warm and major cold.The main drugs were ping drugs and warm drugs.The frequency and frequency statistics of high-frequency drugs were made from the perspective of five flavours,Mainly to sweet,bitter and xin mainly;The frequency and frequency statistics of high-frequency drugs were made from the perspective of efficacy.The most commonly used drugs were phlegm-reducing cough and asthmatic drugs and deficiency tonic drugs.The frequency and frequency statistics of high-frequency drugs were made from the Angle of meridian normalization,mainly attributed to the spleen meridian and lung meridian.According to the analysis of association rules for high-frequency drugs,43 association rules were obtained.The top three association rules were "coltsfoot + platycodonopsis → Codonopsis","mulberry white skin + poria → Codonopsis","bitter almond + atractylodon → Codonopsis".Five groups of potential core drug combinations were explored by cluster analysis.Conclusion:The commonly used single medicine mainly plays the functions of dryness and dampness and phlegm,cough and asthma relief,deficiency and normalizing by treating lung and spleen,and mainly applies to lung and spleen.In terms of the compatibility of common drug pair,it mainly applies to lung and spleen for the same treatment.In terms of prescription characteristics,the first type mainly applies to tonifying middle Qi and boosting soil and producing gold,the second type mainly applies to promoting lung to relieve cough and reducing phlegm and asthma,and the third type mainly applies to promoting qi and blood circulation.The fourth type is mainly to clear heat and eliminate phlegm,and the fifth type is to cure both symptoms and root causes.
