Clinical Efficacy Observation Of Traditional Chinese Medicine In Treating Gastric Precancerous Lesions With Single-arm Self-control Before And Afte

Purpose:To observe the clinical therapeutic effects of five syndrome types of traditional Chinese medicine on precancerous lesions of gastric cancer,namely,disharmony between liver and stomach,weakness of spleen and stomach,damp-heat of spleen and stomach,deficiency of stomach yin and blood stasis of stomach collaterals.it is hoped to provide a deeper treatment plan for the clinical diagnosis,prevention and treatment of gastric cancer.Material and method:The required cases were 120 patients who met the inclusion criteria by the chief physician and ward diagnosed by the attending physician and gastroscopy pathology in the Department of Gastroenterology,Liaoning Provincial Hospital of traditional Chinese Medicine from June 2021 to October 2022.were randomly divided into 5groups.They are liver-stomach disharmony syndrome group: Chaihu Shugan powder treatment;spleen and stomach weakness syndrome group: Xiangsha Liujunzi decoction;spleen-stomach damp-heat syndrome: Huanglian Wendan decoction;stomach yin deficiency):consistent decoction plus or minus treatment.Stomach collateral stasis syndrome: treated with Shixiao Powder and Danshen Yin.Gastroscope,pathology and serum PGI,PGII,PGR and Gmi 17 were detected in each group before treatment and within 3 days after six months of treatment.The changes of syndrome efficacy,comprehensive efficacy,g The changes of serum PGI,PGII,PGR and Gmur17 before and after endoscopic and pathological treatment,comprehensive curative effect,syndrome curative effect,gastroscopy,pathological curative effect and serological index were compared.Statistical SPSS25.0 software was used to analyze the data,and the therapeutic effect and clinical safety of the five groups were observed.Results:1.General data analysis: the male-to-female ratio of patients in the group was 0.85,and most of them were females.The average age of each group was over 50 years old,The number of patients with a course of disease ranging from 1 year to 3 years is the highest.while that of more than 6 years was relatively rare.two 。 Comprehensive efficacy: after dialectical treatment of traditional Chinese medicine,the effective rate of the five groups of patients is between 40% and 60%.3.TCM syndrome score therapy: the syndrome scores of the five groups after treatment were significantly lower than those before treatment(P <0.001).It can be concluded that the treatment efficiency is between 65% and 75%.4.Gastroscopic and pathological efficacy: after syndrome differentiation treatment,gastroscopic mucosal atrophy,histopathological atrophy and intestinal metaplasia stage changed from III and IV to I and II,and dysplasia changed from severe and moderate to mild.5 Serological indexes: after symptomatic treatment,the levels of serum PGI and PGR in the five groups increased significantly(P < 0.001 and P < 0.001),and the average levels of Gmur17 were within the normal reference range after treatment.Conclusion:The dialectical treatment of PLGC with traditional Chinese medicine can effectively reverse the situation of inflammatory-cancer transformation and delay the process of gastric cancer.
