Clinical Research On Treatment Of Gastric Lesions By TCM Syndrome Differentiation And Treatment Of Postoperative Artificial Ulcers By Endoscopy

Purpose: two groups of patients with artificial ulcer formed from endoscopic treatment of gastric lesions,one group of patients were treated with traditional Chinese and western medicine,another group of patients were treated with western medicine,through compare the clinical symptoms in traditional Chinese medicine after seven days of treatment which include stomachache,Chest tightness and sour regurgitation and the mucosal hyperemia and ulcer healing when reviewing the gastroscope to determine whether or not the syndrome differentiation treatment of traditional Chinese medicine is effective in the treatment of artificial ulcer.Material and method:Observation group selected twenty patients from the department of traditional Chinese medicine of the General Hospital of Shenyang Military from January 2016 to November 2016,all of these patients had gastric surgery which named ESD,EMR and APC and did not use artificial ulcer bleeding cracks and wound,and these patients with application of the method of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine.In the control group,20 patients were treated with ESD,EMR and APC in the the General Hospital of Shenyang Military from January 2016 to November 2017,and the patients with artificial ulcer were not treated with hemostasis,and the pure western medicine method was applied.Spss19.0 software was used for statistical analysis.Results: 1.When reviewed the gastroscope at 8 weeks after surgery,the artificial ulcer with a white scar of the observation group were 16 cases,and account for 80% of the total,while the artificial ulcer with a white scar of the control group were 10 cases,and 50% of the total,the differences between these two was statistically significant(p < 0.05).2.The observation group showed significant improvement in the comparison of the clinical symptoms before and after the use of traditional Chinese medicine,and the differences were statistically significant(p < 0.05).3.Compared with the control group,the observation group showed statistical significance compared with the clinical symptoms of Chinese medicine after 7 days treatment(p < 0.05).4.Compared with the control group,the congestion of the mucosa of the observation group was better than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(p < 0.05)5.Among the 20 patients in the observation group,9 of the patients with TCM syndrome differentiation were stomach for liver disease,which accounted for 45% of the total.Conclusion: 1.The use of traditional Chinese medicine can promote the long-term healing effect of artificial ulcer.2.The various clinical symptoms of the traditional Chinese medicine treatment of epigastric pain are obvious.3.In the numerous syndrome differentiation of epigastric pain,the proportion of stomach for liver disease is the largest.
