Clinical Observation On The Efficacy Of Bushen Shugan Decoction Combined With Fentaton In The Treatment Of Premature Ovarian Insufficiency With Kidney Deficiency And Liver Depressio

Purpose:By comparing the clinical efficacy of Bushen Shugan Decoction combined with Fenmotone in the treatment of patients with premature ovarian insufficiency(POI)of kidney deficiency To observe the data results of traditional Chinese medicine syndr ome scores(individual and total scores of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome),sin us follicle count,serum sex hormone levels(follicle stimulating hormone(FSH),lutein izing hormone(LH),estradiol(E2)),and menstrual status(cycle,menstrual volume,m enstrual color,and menstrual quality)before and after treatment,Evaluate the clinical efficacy of Bushen Shugan Tang combined with Fenmotong in treating premature ovar ian insufficiency(POI)of kidney deficiency and liver depression syndrome.Material and method:POI patients with kidney deficiency and liver stagnation syndrome who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into two groups:the t reatment group with 33 cases and the control group with 32 cases.The treatment gro up was treated with Bushen Shugan Tang combined with Fenmutong,while the contro 1 group was treated with Fenmutong alone.After 3 courses of treatment,the treatment effect was observed,and the scores of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome,the nu mber of antral follicles(AFC)observed by gynecological ultrasound,serum sex hormo nes(FSH,LH,E2),menstrual symptom scores,and other observation indicators were recorded.After the end of the study,the actual number of effective cases in both gro ups was 30.Based on the comparison of data before and after,the clinical efficacy o f the two treatment methods was judged.Results:1.After calculation and analysis,there was a statistical difference(P<0.05)in the total score data of traditional Chinese medicine syndromes between the two groups of patients after treatment,and the score decrease in the treatment group was significantly greater than that in the control group,indicating that the combination of traditional Chinese medicine and Fenmotong was better than the use of Fenmotong alone in improving the total score of traditional Chinese medicine syndromes.2.After treatment,the individual TCM syndrome scores of both groups of patients improved,especially in the single TCM syndrome scores of menstrual cycle,menstrual period,waist and knee soreness,chest and rib breast pain,irritability,mental depression,less abdominal pain,fatigue and fatigue,insomnia and dreaminess,decreased libido,and frequent nocturia.After calculation and analysis,there was a statistical difference(P<0.05)in the final data results of the two groups of patients,And the decrease in scores of the above items in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group,indicating that the treatment method in the treatment group has a more significant therapeutic effect on various traditional Chinese medicine syndromes.3.There was a significant statistical difference in the number of sinus follicles between the two groups of patients after treatment(P<0.01),with a significant increase in the number of sinus follicles in the treatment group,indicating that the treatment group had a better therapeutic effect on promoting the growth and development of sinus follicles.4.The hormone levels of the two groups of patients after treatment have improved compared to before through analysis and calculation.There is a statistical difference(P<0.05)between the two groups of data before and after treatment,especially the significant decrease in FSH and LH hormone levels in the treatment group.There is a significant statistical difference(P<0.01)in the results before and after treatment,indicating that the treatment method in the treatment group is more effective in improving serum sex hormones.5.There was a significant statistical difference in the menstrual score between the two groups of patients after treatment(P<0.01),with the treatment group showing better menstrual improvement than the control group,especially in terms of menstrual cycle and menstrual volume.This indicates that the treatment group’s treatment method for improving menstrual conditions is significantly better than the control group.6.After three courses of treatment,the final recovery+effective rate of the treatment group can reach 53.4%,with a total effective rate of 93.4%;The final total recovery+significant effect rate of the control group is only 20%,and the total effective rate is around 70%.Based on the comprehensive evaluation of the clinical efficacy of the two groups of patients,the treatment group has a more obvious treatment effect,and the overall efficacy is more prominent.Conclusion:Professor Wang Yirong’s self-designed Bushen Shugan Tang combined with Fenmotong has been proven to have significant clinical efficacy in the treatment of early-onset ovarian dysfunction(POI)in kidney deficiency and liver depression syn drome.It has been shown through research and experiments that it has significant effe cts in improving traditional Chinese medicine syndromes,number of sinus follicles,an d serum hormone levels(FSH,LH,E2).The effect of using Fenmotong alone is far f rom this.There were no obvious toxic or adverse reactions during this treatment proc ess,proving that the combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine is feasi ble,The process is safe,the efficacy is reliable,and it can provide new treatment pla ns for clinical patients.
