Purpose:In this study,120 patients with DKD combined with anemia were analyzed by retrospective study. The purpose of this study was to summarize TCM syndrome elements in120 patients and discuss the causes and principles of the syndrome elements and the correlation between TCM syndrome elements and laboratory test indicators in these patients.Material and method:Hospitalized patients with DKD combined with anemia who met inclusion criteria between January 2021 and December 2021 were collected. The collection site was Department of Endocrinology,Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine.General data(including age, gender, time of diagnosis of diabetes),traditional Chinese medicine(including disease of traditional Chinese medicine, location of viscera),symptoms and signs(including thirst, frequent urination, hyperappetite, weight loss, fatigue, white eyelids, fever, sleep, bowel movements, tongue and pulse)of the patients were collected.Laboratory data(including Hb,RBC,Hb A1 c,Scr,BUN,Cys-C,MALB,e GFR)and the staging of diabetic nephropathy. The above data of patients were collected and sorted into excel tables, which were analyzed and summarized by statistical methods to find out the correlation and difference results.Results:1.In the patients studied, kidney appeared the most, followed by liver and spleen, according to the syndromes of disease location; The combination of kidney and spleen was the most common, followed by liver and heart. In terms of the combination of three sites, the most common combination is kidney + spleen + liver.2.According to the occurrence times of pathogenic syndrome elements, the syndrome differentiation results were Yin deficiency, blood stasis and qi deficiency from high to low.In terms of the arrangement of diseases, the number of patients with single disease and double disease was less, and the combination of syndrome elements of three diseases was the most. The most occurrence was Yin deficiency + blood stasis + Qi deficiency. The number of patients with the four-disease combination is second only to the three-disease combination, and the most common one is phlegm-dampness + fiery + blood deficiency + blood stasis.3.There was no significant difference or correlation between pathogenic syndrome elements and stage of diabetic nephropathy, age, time of diagnosis of diabetes and MALB.4.There were significant differences between the pathogenic syndrome elements and Hb(p<0.01)and RBC were different and correlated.5.There were differences and correlations between pathogenic syndrome elements and Hb A1 c,Scr,BUN,Cys C and e GFR.Conclusion:1.In all the investigated DKD patients combined with anemia, the occurrence times of disease location syndrome elements were kidney, liver and spleen respectively from high to low;The occurrence of pathogenic syndrome elements from high to low were Yin deficiency, blood stasis and qi deficiency.2.Hb has significant difference and correlation with pathogenic syndrome elements, and Hb drops more significantly in patients with Yang deficiency, blood deficiency and Yin deficiency.RBC value is correlated with pathogenic syndrome elements,in which patients with blood deficiency,Yang deficiency and qi deficiency have lower RBC value.Hemoglobin a1 c is different and correlated with syndrome elements, among which, the increase of hemoglobin a1 c is more obvious in patients with phlegm-dampness,heat and qi stagnation.3.Serum creatinine, blood urea,e GFR,glycosylated hemoglobin and cystatin C are correlated with syndrome elements, among which, serum creatinine is seriously increased in patients with Yang deficiency, blood deficiency and qi stagnation, blood urea is seriously increased in patients with Yang deficiency, blood deficiency and blood stasis,e GFR is more significantly decreased in patients with Yang deficiency, blood deficiency and qi stagnation. The increase of cystatin C was more obvious in patients with Yin deficiency, blood deficiency and qi stagnation.
