Clinical Observation On Eye Acupuncture In Treating Liver Qi Stagnation Type Depression Syndrom

Purpose:The effect of ocular acupuncture on the clinical symptoms and signs of liver qi depression was observed,and the clinical efficacy of eye acupuncture in the treatment of liver qi depression was obtained,which provided new ideas and solutions for the clinical treatment of liver qi depression.Material and method:According to the inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria,60 patients who met the diagnostic criteria of liver qi depression were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 30 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with eye acupuncture,taking the hepatobiliary area,the small intestine area,and the medium focal area,and leaving the needles for 30 minutes.The control group was treated with traditional body acupuncture,taking Baihui,Yintang,Shenmen,Taichong,Neiguan,Jizhong,and Jimen,and left the needle for 30 minutes after the needle was pricked to get qi.Treatment is performed once a day,six times a week as a course of treatment,and a total of four courses of continuous treatment during the clinical observation period.Taking the Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD)and TCM syndrome scores as the efficacy observation indicators of this clinical study,all patients need to be evaluated once before and after treatment,and the obtained data is collected and statistically analyzed using statistical software.Results:1.Basic situation:There were no significant differences in gender,age and course between the observation group and the control group before treatment(P>0.05),which was comparable.2.There was no significant difference between the eye acupuncture observation group and the body photo group in terms of HAMD scale score and TCM syndrome score before treatment(P>0.05),which was comparable.3.The HAMD scale score and TCM syndrome score after treatment were significantly compared between the eye needle observation group and the body view group(P<0.05).4.The overall efficacy was judged by the HAHD score:the total effective rate of the observation group was 93.33%,the more pronounced rate was 63.33%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 80.00%,and the more effective rate was 46.67%.TCM syndrome point reduction rate: In terms of improving the TCM syndrome of liver qi depression type,the effectiveness rate of the observation group was 96.67%,the more obvious rate was 63.33%,and the effective rate of the control group was 83.33%,and the more obvious rate was 43.33%.The efficacy of the observation group was better than that of the control group,which means that eye acupuncture can significantly improve the depressive symptoms of patients.Conclusion:1.Both eye acupuncture and body acupuncture can significantly improve the symptoms of patients with hepatic qi depression without obvious adverse reactions.2.The efficacy of eye acupuncture in improving the TCM symptoms of patients with liver qi depression is better than that of body acupuncture.3.The eye acupuncture observation group was significantly better than the body photo group in terms of reducing HAHD score and TCM syndrome score.
