Research On The Application Of Regional Culture In Exhibition Space Design

Since China’s "reform and opening up" in the last century,the cultural exchanges between China and the West have been deepening.Under the influence of the western strong culture,China’s traditional culture once appeared a crisis.Under the influence of western modernism,the homogeneous architectural form has spread across the country,which also affects the design of display space.However,with the promotion of China’s economy and culture in the world,the value of traditional culture has once again attracted the attention of the art and design circles.As the material space carrier of traditional culture display,how to conform to the development trend of The Times and carry forward Chinese local culture has become a major research topic in the domestic art and design field.From a modern perspective,it is one of the paths of the reform and innovation of environmental design to obtain design inspiration in the regional culture through the in-depth research of the display space and regional culture.Ji ’an was called Luling in ancient times.Its long history of culture is closely related to the daily life and customs of the local villagers,reflecting the simple folk customs of the Ji’ an people.After thousands of years of development,the cultural heritage is very profound.Therefore,apply the regional culture of Ji ’an to the display space design and shape the recognizable display space of Ji’ an,which can not only inherit and carry forward the regional culture of Ji’an,but also improve the style and characteristics of the display space and retain the uniqueness and diversity of the culture.This paper takes the application of Ji’an regional culture in display space as the main research purpose,studies and sorts out the relevant concepts of regional culture and display space through literature analysis method and field investigation method,analyzes the significance and importance of regional culture into the design of display space and the development direction of relevant research at home and abroad.Secondly,through the relevant design practice,analyze the unique connotation of natural and cultural culture,and sort out the representative regional cultural characteristics applied in the design.From the practical level,we analyze the principles and strategies used by regional culture in the display space,find the path of the integration of regional cultural elements and space in the display space,and design the innovative scheme of display space with Ji’an cultural characteristics.The theme expression of the exhibition space is not only reflected in the space form and content of the exhibition hall space,but also the design of the exhibition hall and the external auxiliary space also have an important role and significance for the expression of the theme.Therefore,the author’s design practice will integrate the exhibition hall building,the attached external space and the interior space of the exhibition hall,and gradually elaborate the profound connotation of regional culture from the outside to the inside.In order to provide reference for the integration of regional culture in the current display space design through the design practice,and to provide a benign idea and design method for the display space design in the era of globalization.
