Shi Tao’s "Tao Yuanming Poetic Atlas" Pastoral Landscape Image Research

At the end of the Ming dynasty and the beginning of the Qing Dynasty,the trend of copying ancient paintings prevailed in the early Qing dynasty.In such a cultural atmosphere,the creative school led by Shi Tao emphasized "learning from nature" and "using my own method".Shitao can go deep into life to paint real mountains and real waters,to see and remember,and to refine his own brush and ink from nature.His works are vivid and vivid,with outstanding personality characteristics.Shi Tao’s Poetic Atlas of Tao Yuanming is a12-page book based on the poems of tao Yuanming,a famous poet in the Eastern Jin Dynasty,with an inscription by Wang Wenzhi.Tao Yuanming’s Poetic Atlas has typical artistic features of poetic,pastoral and reclusive nature.The vivid ink expression and picture layout all combine Shi Tao’s yearning for an ideal life and pursuit of art,which is the profound accomplishment endowed by nature.This paper takes Shi Tao’s Poetic Atlas of Tao Yuanming as the research object,combines shi Tao’s time and his life situation,focuses on the generation of pastoral landscape images and artistic expression characteristics of the atlas,and combines specific life scenes to sketch from nature,to feel the ink and interest of natural mountains and rivers.Through study and research,on the one hand,we can fully understand Shitao’s inheritance and innovation of tradition;on the other hand,through field creation practice,we can constantly explore the expression methods of artistic language in the new era,and analyze his innovative spirit of "brush and ink should follow The Times" and the value and significance in modern landscape painting creation.
