Research On The Image Of Cyborg Women In Science Fiction Movies From The Perspective Of Post-Human Somaesthetics

In the post-human society,our bodies inevitably enter the post-somatoesthetic horizon,and the cyborg female body is presented in science fiction movies as a kind of post-body.On the basis of clarifying the concept of cyborg,the thesis takes science fiction films as the research text,divides the female cyborg images in the film into three categories:female slaves,goddesses and female warriors,and discusses the departure from the female cyborg image.And on this basis,the disembodiment and embodied characteristics of female cyborg images,as well as the subjectivity and essential characteristics of cyborg women are discussed.Human-machine integration and the coding of thinking make the body a secondary appendage,and abstract information or information patterns become the most important carrier of life,and cyborgs have the characteristics of detachment.At the same time,"prosthetics" and "prosthetic limbs" endow cyborgs with embodied characteristics.The prosthetic limb becomes an organ extension of the natural body,a kind of "organoid".From the perspective of post-human body theory,the body shape of female cyborgs presents a state of coexistence of detachment and embodiment,which also reflects the disintegration and reconstruction of traditional somaesthetics by "post-learning".In addition,gender characteristics are closely related to the construction of women’s subjectivity.On this basis,the thesis analyzes the diachronic changes of women’s subjectivity from submission,struggle to subversion.The period from the 1830s to the 1960s was the period of "otherization" of women,the period of "otherization" of female subjectivity from the 1970s to the beginning of the 21st century,and the period of "nomadic" female subjectivity from the beginning of the 21st century to the present.The gender characteristics of women are eliminated in cyberspace,and it is particularly important to think about the essence of women.Traditional Western philosophers advocate the essence of rationality,but the thnking on the essence of human beings is mostly dominated by men.Liberal feminists emphasize women’s full rational capacity.But this is still the dual structure of soul/body in Western traditional philosophy.Ecological feminists and radical feminists believe that the natural nature of motherhood and reproduction attached to gender itself should be the essence of women.However,the "motherhood" function of women is challenged by technology,and the practical basis of this theory has collapsed.Socialist feminists emphasize that the essence is the product of social construction,and that there is no difference between men and women in essence.This theory ignores the physiological characteristics of women themselves.Cyborg breaks the realistic foundation on which the essence of women is established,and rationality and reproduction cannot be the only factors that constitute the essence of women.The development of science and technology has broken the boundaries of gender,social division of labor,technology and culture,which makes female cyborgs have many characteristics,so that women can freely choose their own essence.At the same time,in different societies and natural environments,the essence of women is in a constant flow and reconstruction.Therefore,the essence of women has become plural and vague in post-human society.
