Research On The Cultivation Of Ningxia Farmers’ Cultural Confidence Under The Rural Revitalization Strategy

The CPC Central Committee has always attached great importance to the issue of rural development.In the report of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,a rural revitalization strategy was put forward,and rural revitalization was included in the party constitution as one of the seven major strategies.Ningxia has successfully completed the task of poverty alleviation,and has entered a new stage of consolidating the achievements of poverty alleviation and effectively connecting rural revitalization.Culture is the soul of rural revitalization.For rural revitalization,we must concentrate on revitalizing rural culture.Farmers,as the masters of the countryside,are the main force in the revitalization of rural culture.To develop rural culture,we must give full play to the main role of farmers,improve their ideological and moral quality and cultural conservancy,enhance their cultural self-confidence,and cultivate new-type farmers with all-round development.However,at present,the development of Ningxia farmers’ material and spiritual civilization does not match,and there is insufficient cultural self-confidence.We must pay attention to the cultivation of Ningxia farmers’ cultural self-confidence.Cultivating the cultural self-confidence of Ningxia farmers is the only way to realize the comprehensive revitalization of Ningxia’s countryside;it is the reality of Ningxia’s development;it is the inevitable requirement of the change of the main social contradiction.Therefore,research on the cultivation of Ningxia farmers’ cultural self-confidence under the rural revitalization strategy is very necessary and meaningful.Under the background of the rural revitalization strategy,this paper analyzes and studies the current situation of Ningxia farmers’ cultural self-confidence through literature research method,system analysis method and empirical research method,and points out that Ningxia farmers’ recognition of socialist culture with Chinese characteristics is gradually deepening,spiritual culture Life is getting richer day by day,rural cultural facilities are gradually improving,the government attaches great importance to the revitalization of rural culture,and farmers have achieved certain results in terms of cultural self-confidence.However,there are also problems such as the need to improve the cultural literacy of individual farmers,the lack of subject consciousness,and the lack of motivation to cultivate cultural self-confidence,and the reasons for the existing problems are analyzed.Finally,under the rural revitalization strategy,this paper explores the path of cultivating Ningxia peasants’ cultural self-confidence.Based on the cultivation principles of adhering to the leadership of the Communist Party of China,adhering to the people-centered,and adhering to the direction of advanced culture,the excellent traditional Chinese culture,revolutionary Culture and advanced socialist culture are the main contents of cultivation.By strengthening the guidance and support of the government,improving the rural public cultural service system,fully mobilizing the cultural enthusiasm of farmers,and enriching farmers’ cultural self-confidence is the specific cultivation strategy.Through the research on the cultivation of Ningxia farmers’ cultural self-confidence under the background of the rural revitalization strategy,this paper hopes that Ningxia can enhance the cultural self-confidence of the local farmers’groups and promote the all-round development of the farmers in the process of building socialist rural modernization.
