Motion Graphics Design And Creation Practice Of Dongba Characters

Dongba characters is a unique pictograph of naxi nationality.It is an ancient,pure and vivid graphic symbol,and the only living pictograph still in use in the world.It is the crystallization of the excellent wisdom of naxi ancestors.Through detailed field research,the author has learned that dongba characters is still facing problems of inheritance,development and innovation in today’s continuous improvement and protection.From the perspective of design,this paper tries to explore a new form of expression in the protection and design application of dongba characters by studying the application of dongba characters in motion graphics design,so as to promote the inheritance and innovative development of dongba characters.The article firstly,through the literature collection and collation of dongba characters,summarizes the characteristics of dongba characters and the development trend of design application and conducts feasibility analysis,explores the value of motion graphics design of dongba characters,and organizes the font characteristics to be followed and the advantages that can be played for the next motion graphics design of dongba characters.Secondly,understands the concept of motion graphics design and classifies the techniques of creation process in motion graphics design through case study.Finally,summarize the design principles and strategies of dongba characters in motion graphics design,and graphically design and present motion effects of dongba characters in motion graphics design according to the design principles and strategies,so that dongba characters can be widely disseminated in a simple and easy way.Through the practice of creating motion graphics design of dongba characters,the dissemination and promotion of dongba characters with the advantage of motion graphics design has certain reference value and significance for how to protect,inherit and develop dongba characters in contemporary society.
