A Documentary Basing On The Theme Of Bouyei Aiming At The Image Construction Of Cultural Identification Of Ethnic Group

Bouyei ethnic group is a major minority in southwest China,which has f ormed a rich and colorful ethnic culture in thousands of years of historical evolution.In recent years,bouyei documentaries represented by “Bouyei People”“Bouyei people by mountains and rivers”and“Stilted Buildings in China” have emerged continuously,becoming an important part of the territory of minority documentaries.These bouyei documentaries show distinct bouyei cultural chara cteristics and point to a deep recognition of bouyei culture.Taking the graduation work “The bouyei living in the city” and other representative bouyei documentaries as case studies,this paper discusses the image construction of ethnic cultural identity in bouyei documentaries.The main part of the paper includes the following contents:The first chapter,as the background chapter,summarizes the development status of bouyei documentary,making a theoretical explanation and paying the way for the connotation of ethnic cultural identity;The second chapter mainly discusses the image expression of ethnic cultural identity in bouyei documentary from the aspects of life practice and cultural symbols.The third chapter analyzes the construction strategy of ethnic cultural identity in bouyei documentary from the perspective of audio-visual language.The fourth chapter analyzes the value connotation of ethnic cultural identity in bouyei documentary.
