Study On The Corruption Of The Provincial Education Administration Of Gansu Province In The End Of The Qing Dynasty

At the end of the Qing dynasty,the national government was in danger.In thiscontext,the educational administrative system has changed a lot,the centralestablishment of the department,the provincial abolition of school administrationto establish the department of education,the national top-down education administrative system began to form.The education reform in Gansu province inthe late Qing Dynasty is a miniature of the national background,and the educationadministration at the provincial level in Gansu province,with the department ofeducation promotion as the core,not only played the role of connecting the past and the future,but also faced the dilemma that should not be underestimated.Afterthe establishment of the Department,it follows the articles of the department toset up the organization,carries out the administrative decrees of the Department,and performs the basic functions of managing all kinds of schools in the province,supervising the school affairs and raising management education funds.However,due to the constraints of economy,talents and society,the leaders who areresponsible for the whole province’s education are always struggling with thecontradiction between the old and the new,so the transformation process of gansu’s education administration is difficult to move forward.In addition,as animportant link of educational reform in the late Qing Dynasty,the educationaladministrative reform in Gansu also reflects the difficulty and complexity ofeducational development in modern Gansu from a perspective.
