Research On Ritual Presentation And Emotional Identity In Food Documentary

In the ancient times when human beings were born,people pondered and longed for food,and witchcraft was born in the process of constantly fighting with nature.This is not only a special way to obtain spiritual comfort,but also an early "ceremony" in human activities.The ceremony embodies the most sincere and beautiful emotions in people’s hearts.Four seasons and eight solar terms,the time slipped away.From the Spring Festival,Lantern Festival,Tomb-Sweeping Day to the Dragon Boat Festival,Double Ninth Festival,and New Year’s Eve,when the year falls,with the changes of the times,the connotation of traditional festivals is constantly enriched,and people’s pursuit of a sense of ritual has always been the same.The contents of these rituals,which have been followed and respected since ancient times,embody the desire for all good things,and contain rich and profound emotional potential.Food is an important way of emotional expression in rituals.As an important part of Chinese culture,food not only plays an important role in daily life,but also undertakes an important task of emotional transmission in ceremonies.Three meals a day,"sufficiency" is the most basic physiological need of human beings,so the relationship between food and anyone is unavoidable.But "food" is not only for food,but also an activity with rich cultural connotations.Food links the sincere emotions between people.Like rituals,food also has rich emotional potential.Emotion is an important bridge for establishing communication between film and television works and audiences.To study presentation of the ceremony and emotional identification in food documentaries is to study how to establish effective emotional communication with audiences.In the introduction part,this paper focuses on the origin of the research,and makes a theoretical analysis of the relevant content of food documentaries,emotional identification and rituals,and uses the literature research method and case study method to create content.In the process of creation,this article combines a number of excellent food documentaries and my graduation work "The Earthly Life" for specific analysis,and explores the problems of ritual presentation and emotional identity in food documentaries.The main content of this article is divided into four parts.First,it discusses the relationship between food,ceremony and emotion in food documentaries.Food documentaries present the sincere and diverse emotions in the ceremony.The integration of these emotions enriches the connotation of food documentaries.;Secondly,the content and elements of the ceremony to realize emotional identity are analyzed.The content of the ceremony in the food documentary is composed of traditional festival ceremonies and folk celebrations.These ceremonies are composed of rich and diverse scenes,objects,characters and other elements.The intervention enriches the connotation of food documentaries.Then it discusses the specific presentation forms of these content elements.The use of appropriate audio-visual forms,image symbol rhetoric forms and space-time configuration forms to present rituals has positive significance for the realization of emotional identity.Finally,the problems and solutions that still exist in the current creative process are put forward.The creation of food documentaries always revolves around "food".The intervention of rituals can enrich the cultural connotation of food documentaries and endow food documentaries with more diverse emotional potential,so that food documentaries have the possibility to realize emotional recognition while presenting the ceremony.
