Culture is a unique product created by human beings,and the development of the level of social productivity presents the inter-ethnic borrowing and intermingling of the cultures of all ethnic groups in China.In the context of this cultural interaction,the modern media is a socially influential tool for cultural communication.The cultural heritage of ethnic minorities is constantly intermingled with other cultures while maintaining their cultural uniqueness,and the modern media also provides a stage for ethnic minority cultures to adapt to the development of the times.At the same time,after collating the information on the dissemination of Hula,a minority cultural heritage by modern media,we find that the dissemination of Hula art and culture does not only stay in the place of origin,but also breaks the stereotype of minority culture dissemination relying on race,blood and geographical factors,which allows us to explore more deeply the heritage and dissemination paths of minority culture nowadays.This paper takes the Mongolian cultural heritage of hoomei as the object of study,and explores how hoomei art and culture can be disseminated to the greatest effect through modern communication media based on its historical development and current communication examples.Chapter 2 summarizes the forms of communication of hoomei,and summarizes the forms of modern media communication of hoomei based on typical cases;Chapter 3 summarizes the development direction of China’s minority cultural heritage through the development of hoomei in modern media.
