| In the era of experience economy,consumption is upgrading and the trend of China is rising.The new generation of young consumers demand products not only for functional satisfaction,but also for quality and user experience,paying for emotional and interactive experience.With the enhancement of people’s cultural identity,culture is an important carrier of carrying the needs of spiritual civilization.Therefore,how to transform traditional design mode,integrate traditional culture into modern product design,and improve user interaction experience,sensory enjoyment and cultural emotional resonance through multi-sensory transformation needs further discussion.In the research stage,this paper firstly studies synesthesia and traditional culture related theories,and constructs the relationship between them in three cultural symbol levels: sensory intuition,associative imagination and spiritual intention.This paper proposes a new perspective of improving synesthesia experience through user behavior interaction,and a design research direction of integrating cultural connotation and sensory transformation with the reconstruction of cultural symbols by modern means.In the stage of design and research,the user behaviors of different interaction modes in synesthesia experience are analyzed through case analysis and user test,and five types of user behaviors including instinctive use behavior,operation behavior,control behavior,complementary behavior and alternate behavior are summarized,and the influence relationship between user behavior and synesthesia experience is analyzed.Then,it conducts a case study of modern design with traditional cultural elements,focuses on analyzing traditional cultural products involving sensory experience and behavioral elements,and proposes modern design methods of traditional culture in synesthesia experience.There are seven design methods,namely,identifying external cultural symbols to trigger sensory experience,integrating traditional cultural behaviors to stimulate interaction between users and products,and cultural connotation to trigger cultural scene association and emotional experience.Finally,on the basis of design research,the traditional cultural synesthesia experience process of user behavior participation is constructed.Three-layer path of synesthesia experience is analyzed,and the general relationship among culture,product,behavior,scene and synesthesia experience is established.It also analyzes the user role in synesthesia experience and the design goals and effects of synesthesia experience based on traditional culture.Based on the research conclusions,three synesthesia design strategies based on user behavior are summarized in the design strategy stage: strengthening the essential characteristics of culture and objects to stimulate user behavior;Construct the dynamic experience process of sensory changes with user behavior;The cultural scene atmosphere of user immersion is generated by behavior,and the specific design method of application is put forward.In the design practice stage,taihu Stone is taken as an example to verify and supplement the synesthesia experience design strategy.After that,the intelligent sleep aid product was taken as the carrier,and the design practice was carried out according to the research conclusion and the guidance of the design strategy,and the interactive,cultural and exploratory synesthesia experience product design example was completed.This project assumes that users’ demands for product functions and emotional experience can be met through multi-sensory transformation,cultural scene construction and interaction between users and products.It also provides theoretical and practical reference for designers to use traditional culture and synesthesia to improve product user experience. |
