With the rapid development of informatization,in the era of Internet and big data,various public products and services have profoundly affected the development of theaters,and to a certain extent have changed the way people participate in theater service experience.The public has a stronger sense of participation and experience in the theater.The design community has also paid more and more attention to the research on participatory service experience design of theaters,and more designers have invested in the practice of service design and explored relevant participatory service design strategies and methods.Although the development of participatory service design theory is relatively mature,in reality,due to the influence of traditional theaters,redundant information,and the emergence of backward theater public cultural products and services,people are not enthusiastic about participating in theater services,and they have negative experiences when using theater services.,this phenomenon restricts the development of the current theater to a certain extent.The theater participatory service experience design under the background of the information age is based on Gan opera.In the information environment,through the feasibility of the Gan opera participatory experience design,it is expected to improve the current lag in the development of Gan opera theaters,the poor sense of theater service experience,Serious homogeneity,low service quality and other problems,so as to improve the user experience of theater public products and services,provide personalized and intelligent information services for the public,and also provide reference and reference for the service level of other theaters in my country.First of all,through the combing of domestic theater theories and the research on the theory of participatory service experience design at home and abroad,it analyzes the current development status and shortcomings of theaters and the current development prospects of participatory service experience design.Secondly,through the method of field research,literature research and inductive analysis,it deeply understands the modern dissemination methods of Gan opera culture and the development status of the theater public cultural service system,analyzes the development bottleneck of Gan opera in the information age and the development opportunities of Gan opera and theaters.Inductive analysis of the status quo problems and development opportunities.Thirdly,based on the above theoretical analysis,the principles of new service,online and offline real-time interaction,task contextualization and interaction intelligence are put forward for theater participatory service experience design,and on this basis,the principles of theater participatory service experience design are summarized.Design Strategy.Finally,taking Gan Opera’s participatory service experience design as the design object,through the analysis of user behavior and contact points and user needs,the main functions of the theater’s participatory service experience design are summarized,and the product information architecture in the participatory service experience design is completed.,service blueprint,main function information page display,product visual design and offline interaction space design.
