Cultural industry refers to the collection of production activities that provide cultural products and culture-related products for the public.After people gradually solidified the economic foundation,the development of cultural industry as the superstructure gradually received attention.As China develops,its people are no longer satisfied with material life,and their spiritual needs are growing day by day.General Secretary Xi Jinping has even proposed that we should strengthen our confidence in culture and values.In 2003,the Ministry of Culture issued Several Opinions on Supporting and Promoting the Development of The Cultural Industry,and in 2009,The State Council issued the Cultural Industry Revitalization Plan,which indicated that the cultural industry was officially upgraded to the national strategic industry for development.Developing cultural industry is an important way to prosper socialist culture and meet people’s spiritual and cultural needs under the condition of market economy.Music is an important part of the related industries of cultural industry.As an important branch of the development of cultural industry,the development of music culture industry plays a considerable role in promoting the development of cultural industry.In recent years,Jiangxi province has also taken the construction of a cultural province and a strong culture province as the goal,and issued a series of guiding documents such as "Implementation Opinions on Accelerating the Construction of a Strong Culture Province" issued by the CPC Jiangxi Provincial Committee and the People’s Government of Jiangxi Province in 2018.Nowadays,the music and cultural industry is gradually developing and mature in the whole country and even the world.For example,musicals in London’s West End,Broadway and Hollywood in the United States,Yunnan Image in China and the hit show "Only This Green" in2022 Spring Festival Gala are all typical successful cases of the development of music and cultural industry.As a large province with rich cultural resources,Jiangxi should have great innate advantages in the development of cultural industry,but due to the relatively backward economic development of Jiangxi province,the support effect for cultural industry is not satisfactory.We should learn from the creative and development experience of other cities and their cultural products,and combine Jiangxi province’s own advantages to find cultural products and development mode suitable for Jiangxi province.Symphony orchestra is the measure of a country or a city music development level of a ruler,but development symphony orchestra require a lot of material resources,financial resources,human resources as the support,such as music accomplishment with audiences,connoisseurship ability also to have certain requirements,the author thinks that from jiangxi economy as a whole,music skills,and civic literacy aspects of consideration,Developing symphonies directly is not an excellent option.To symphony industry,can use smaller,closer and music audience of chamber music,to create the atmosphere of music,to enhance the overall quality of the jiangxi music audience,the audience again on music aesthetic guidance,to introduce symphony music,and further to industrialization of symphony,makes the red culture,gan culture symphony,Eventually become the city culture brand of Jiangxi Province.
