In recent years,the "double reduction policy" of the education reform system has been implemented,the "homework volume" of schools has been reduced,and the college entrance examination system for selecting talents has not been adjusted.Shadow education was exaggerated in the early days,and now it has gone out of business in large numbers.The coexistence of parents of primary school students,coupled with the traditional imbalance of educational cognition,leads parents to face the uncertainty and pressure of the new educational environment,and the phenomenon of educational anxiety and depression is not uncommon.Therefore,it is necessary to study the regulatory role of psychological flexibility in the parents of primary school students facing the pressure of the educational environment,anxiety and depression,so as to help parents solve practical problems.Objective:(1)To investigate the present situation of the educational environment stress,anxiety and depression of primary school students’ parents,as well as the level of psychological flexibility.(2)To study the correlation between educational environmental stress,anxiety and depression,psychological flexibility of primary school students’ parents.(3)To explore the mediating effect of psychological flexibility between educational environmental stress,anxiety and depression of primary school students’ parents.Method: Using the method of simple random sampling,415 parents of primary school students in various administrative regions of Hangzhou were selected as the research objects.The self-made demographic variable questionnaire,DASS-21 scale(depression and Anxiety Stress Scale),acceptance and action questionnaire Second Edition(aaq-ii)and cognitive fusion sub Chinese Version(cfq-f)were distributed,and spss23 0 software to sort out and analyze the above data.Result:(1)The four variables of demographic data had no statistical significance on parents’ educational environmental pressure,empirical avoidance,cognitive integration,anxiety and depression.(2)The average educational environmental stress of primary school students’ parents was 7.6 ± 6.8 points.10.75% of parents had different degrees of stress symptoms,of which 1.70% were above severe stress.(3)The total average score of empirical avoidance is 18.37 ± 8.09,the average score of sub items is 2.62,which is 3 points lower than the middle score of the item,the average score of cognitive integration is 25.39 ± 10.66,the average score of sub items is 2.82,which is slightly lower than the middle score of the item,and the degree of cognitive integration is higher than the degree of empirical avoidance.(4)26.3% of the parents of primary school students have varying degrees of anxiety,20.7% of the parents have depressive symptoms,and most of them are moderate anxiety and moderate depression.(5)Parents’ educational environmental stress and psychological flexibility were significantly correlated with educational anxiety and depression.The Pearson product moment correlation coefficient was greater than 0.5.(6)The results of regression analysis showed that the regression coefficients of stress,empirical avoidance and cognitive integration with anxiety were 0.828,0.406 and 0.174 respectively,and the regression coefficients of stress,empirical avoidance and cognitive integration with depression were 0.778,0.400 and 0.166 respectively.After the degree of empirical avoidance was included,the regression coefficients of stress with anxiety and depression were 0.786 and 0.717 respectively.Conclusion: The overall educational environment pressure,anxiety and depression of primary school students’ parents are relatively low,and the level of psychological flexibility is good;Educational environmental stress and psychological flexibility can predict the level of educational anxiety and depression;Psychological flexibility has a mediating effect between educational environmental stress and anxiety and depression. |
