A Study On The Names And Descriptions Of Things Of Vernacular Novels In The Ming Dynasty

Each object in the vernacular novels of the Ming Dynasty outlines the picture scroll of the customs of the ancient society,which provides an important entry point for us to observe and understand the society of the Ming Dynasty.There are many kinds and quantities of famous objects involved in vernacular novels,including jewelry and clothing,rare treasures,utensils and utensils,eating customs,mountains and rivers,temples and temples,pavilions and so on.Taking famous objects as the research object,from micro perspective to macro perspective,provides a relatively novel perspective for grasping the spirit of the times and cultural features.This paper mainly analyzes the types of famous objects,the style of the times,geographical forms and literary functions.The first chapter mainly classifies and investigates the famous objects in the vernacular novels of the Ming Dynasty.According to the idea of classification,this paper classifies the famous objects with the same or similar attributes and characteristics into one category,which is mainly divided into three categories:wearing clothes,eating utensils and scenery.Wearing clothes is the direct display of social etiquette and aesthetics in the Ming Dynasty.Eating utensils are the concentrated expression of secular and customs in the Ming Dynasty,and scenery is an important field of Ming people’s life and spirit.Through the textual research and analysis of the connotation,origin,form and function of these famous objects,it provides great help for us to deeply observe the secular customs and the spirit of the times in the Ming Dynasty.The second chapter mainly analyzes the style of the times reflected behind the famous objects,and mainly explores its distinctive commercialization and secularization characteristics from the commercial ecology,marriage and love concepts and religious beliefs of the Ming Dynasty.The vernacular novels of the Ming Dynasty mainly describe three commodity dumping routes,including the dumping of goods from the south of the Yangtze River to the whole country,the gathering of Quartet goods in the capital and the development of border commerce.On the whole,they show the characteristics of "concentration" and "breadth".The concept of marriage and love in the Ming Dynasty appeared a new fashion.Although the author created a number of materialized symbols of chaste women and righteous husbands,under the influence of the trend of advocating love in the late Ming Dynasty,he unconsciously revealed the praise of young men and women who secretly set their lives with love Keepsakes.The two religions of Buddhism and Taoism in the Ming Dynasty further developed in the direction of secularization and folklore.The author publicized enlightenment through the fruit reward thought of personifying animals.The Temple Temple Temple has also changed from a sacred and majestic religious place to a romantic place for people’s monks and nuns to vent their desires.The third chapter mainly analyzes the regional distribution of famous goods.The different regional distribution of goods forms a characteristic regional space picture,mainly including Jiangnan,capital,official and extraterritorial space.There are not only natural scenic spots such as mountains,rivers,lakes and seas in Jiangnan,but also extravagant pursuit of clothing,utensils,houses and gardens.The capital city was an important place for the rural joint examination in the Ming Dynasty.Xishan and the Jiaofang academy became the habitat of scholars in the four directions.The official space is mainly in Jiangnan,southwest and Lingnan.The differential description of local scenery shows a distinct concept of "Hua" and "Yi".The famous objects in the book also involve the treasures of foreign countries,which not only shows the Chinese central consciousness under the tribute of all countries and the concept of world unification in the frontier,but also reflects the money concept and business adventure spirit of businessmen in the Ming Dynasty.The fourth chapter analyzes the literary function of articles in vernacular novels in the Ming Dynasty.In terms of characterization function,some items can not only show the character’s identity,render the character’s thoughts and feelings,but also play an important role in the connection of character relations.From the perspective of plot structure and function,the author is good at inserting objects in various misunderstandings and coincidences,which plays a leading role in the setting of suspense,the repeated climax and the development of plot.From the aspect of highlighting the purport,the author often constructs a bridge with the theme with the help of the special significance behind the articles,which has played an aesthetic effect of warning the world.
