Using visual communication design expertise standpoint to explore, analyze the course of development of the domestic and international corporate brand image design, in order to illustrate that modern commercial brand visual Image re-design plays an important role and reflects vital value in commercial activities and competition. Pointing out the intrinsic link between brand life cycle and brand image change by analyzing the reason, necessity and developing trends of brand image redesign. And how to protect brand building by means of re-design the brand image for its service. Finally, to offer suggestions on how to apply the re-design of the visual image to the internationalization road of helping Chinese enterprises to take a good brand image building in the background of the current economic globalization era.In the initial part of this paper, concept of brand, brand image design, re-design and brand design concept elements briefly state respectively. Then the paper seeks to take the analysis of the links thereof, and to state how brand image design visual elements in enterprise brand reflecting their own corporation and brand culture, as well as how to build a bridge of communication between the enterprise and consumer audiences with the help of visual image brand redesign in corporate culture and to achieve value demanded. Last, the paper highlights the brand image redesign of Chinese enterprises on the road leading to the international market. As well as how good brand redesign helps the enterprise to bring the brand to upgrade to avoid acclimatized into the re-design process.After an investigation and analysis in cautious, the paper points out that, on the one hand, the brand image redesign is increasingly becoming a competition method in the commercial competition activities, and many enterprises use it as a visual marketing tool for business promotion and advertising relying on re-shaping the corporate brand image to attract the consumer attention. On the other hand, maintaining the vitality of the brand becomes a good medicine because it changes the image of the original brand and helps enterprises to integrate resources, structural optimization, and out of the woods. By a series of means of mating, integration and optimization, brand redesign helps enterprises brands add value.
