A Comparative Study Of The Recital Of Sichuan Opera And The Recital Of Western Opera

Sichuan opera is one of the most distinctive ancient Chinese opera culture.Its profound cultural deposits reveal the literature,history,art and folklore that it carries as a living fossil of Sichuan and Chongqing culture.Western opera,as the highest form representing western music performance culture,has been introduced into China until today and occupies an important position in the field of Chinese music.Both are high-level drama forms representing certain regions of their own,and also include music,poetry,dramatic performance,dance,stage art,clothing and other art forms.In different regions and under different cultural backgrounds,there are many similar forms of dramatic performance,which implies the common pursuit of music aesthetics of people in different times and different regions.In ancient times,there have been "my view of the pear garden,good singers,ten there must be two or three;" [(Qing dynasty)Li Yu.Casual Love And Occasional Records.[M] Chinese Times Chinese Book Company.2021].In the study of the two different forms of drama performance,the author found that the research on the plot and the singing has always been the focus of the two forms of drama,and the opposite is the lack of adequate attention and research on the equally important forms of drama performance and the way to advance the plot--recitation and narrative.Nian Bai of Sichuan opera and western opera recitative,although have a certain similarity in form and function,but in the aesthetic on the choice of these two kinds of drama form respectively chose a different direction,of the highest state of aesthetic in China’s Sichuan opera Nian Bai embodied in Nian Bai "flavor" of the United States,and the pursuit of beauty in the opera recitative beauty embodied in the "sound".Although the birth and development process of the two are not the same,but the common pursuit of simple musical beauty is the same,this similarity makes the comparative study of the two have a certain possibility.This paper starts from Sichuan Opera recitation and opera recitation,which are two similar forms of drama,and starts from the historical inheritance of two different dramas.By comparing the specific content of the similarities and differences between them,we can understand the uniqueness of these two forms of drama performance.Their common ground lies in the combination of music and singing mode of speech,but there are differences in the form of expression,aesthetic pursuit and music style.Combining the comparison and understanding of these two forms of drama,combined with some problems faced by the development of Sichuan opera in the current era,as well as Sichuan opera in order to solve these difficulties and make some breakthrough actions.Finally,from the point of view of their own professional,combined with some of the Chinese opera works in the ballad case,from the perspective of Chinese opera ballad to discuss the organic combination of Sichuan opera recitation and opera ballad,for the existing Chinese vocal art,opera art and national opera art to add some relevant research materials.
