A Study On The Culture Of Gratitude From The Perspective Of Cultural Genes

As an important part of Chinese excellent traditional culture,Thanksgiving culture has become the cultural gene of the Chinese nation.The gene of Thanksgiving culture is hidden in the national blood,which is not only an important factor influencing the choice of Chinese way of thinking and behavior,but also a continuous and everlasting spiritual treasure of Chinese excellent traditional culture.On the other hand,a large number of Thanksgiving phenomena emerged in the prevention and control of COVID-19 ’s epidemic situation,creating a strong Thanksgiving cultural atmosphere in the whole society,which is not only conducive to building a consensus on the value of Thanksgiving,but also improving the moral and cultural consciousness of social members.It also provides an opportunity for the inheritance and development of Thanksgiving culture.Therefore,the research on Thanksgiving culture based on the Thanksgiving phenomenon in COVID-19 epidemic prevention and control is of great significance for the inheritance and development of Thanksgiving culture and even excellent Chinese traditional culture.This study meets the needs of inheriting and developing excellent Chinese traditional culture in the new era,and makes a theoretical analysis of Thanksgiving culture from the perspective of cultural genes by using the cultural theory of Marx and Engels,the "cultural genes" of Xi Jinping and the important exposition of "excellent Chinese traditional culture".Then,taking the Thanksgiving phenomenon in the prevention and control of COVID-19 ’s epidemic situation as an example,this paper analyzes the traditional connotation and modern meaning of Thanksgiving culture from the perspective of cultural genes,and probes into the logical generation of Thanksgiving culture from the perspective of cultural genes.on the basis of this,this paper puts forward the basic principles and path choice of the construction of Thanksgiving culture in the new era from the perspective of cultural genes.Conclusions of this paper are as follows:(1)the basic connotation of Thanksgiving culture from the perspective of cultural genes.The inheritance of cultural genes preserves the historical connotation of Thanksgiving culture.At the same time,its development constantly endows Thanksgiving culture with new connotations of the times.(2)the main functions of Thanksgiving culture from the perspective of cultural genes.Cultural genes have the functions of guidance,molding and identification.As the carrier of cultural genes,Thanksgiving culture has the functions of value guidance,behavior norms and consensus cohesion.(3)the traditional connotation and modern meaning of Thanksgiving culture from the perspective of cultural genes.Taking the Thanksgiving phenomenon in the prevention and control of COVID-19 ’s epidemic situation as an example,it is found that the stability of cultural genes ensures the existence of the value core of Thanksgiving culture and has a strong cultural heritage,including the ethics of filial piety,the cultural tradition of watching and helping each other,the people-oriented thought and the patriotic feelings of loving family and country.With the development of the times,the variability of cultural genes makes its specific contents change in time,and derives modern implications,including the rational spirit of objective science,the value pursuit of freedom and equality and the public ethics of collectivism.(4)The logical generation of Thanksgiving culture from the perspective of cultural genes.Taking the Thanksgiving phenomenon in the epidemic prevention and control of COVID-19 as an example,it is found that the logical generation of Thanksgiving culture includes the generating power and the generating way.In the aspect of generating power,the consciousness of Chinese national community is the internal demand of the generation of Thanksgiving culture,and fighting against the epidemic situation of COVID-19 is the external motivation of the formation of Thanksgiving culture.In the way of generation,human genetic endowment is the basic source of Thanksgiving culture,family style acculturation and social education are the main channels of Thanksgiving culture generation,and the integration and interaction of multiple media is an important means of Thanksgiving culture generation.Based on the above research conclusions,this paper puts forward the basic principles and path choice of the construction of Thanksgiving culture in the new era from the perspective of cultural genes.The basic principles include adhering to the development direction of socialist advanced culture,the combination of continuous inheritance and innovative development,and the unity of ideological internalization and practice externalization.Path selection mainly includes gene integration,gene protection,gene activation and gene interpretation.
