Research On Visual Graphic Design Of Wenzhou Dialect Semantics Based On Regional Culture

Under the impact of the national putonghua policy tide,putonghua’s influence is increasingly far-reaching,leading to the local dialects in many areas of China are gradually forgotten,and more and more dialects are gradually declining.Therefore,how to inherit and innovate local dialects has become a problem that must be paid attention to and reflected on.Wenzhou dialect,as the main carrier of Ouyue culture in Wenzhou,has limitations in communication due to its difficulty in speaking and understanding,and the frequency of people using dialect is gradually reduced,which aggravates the difficulties in inheriting Wenzhou dialect.Therefore,the purpose of this project is to attract people’s attention to Wenzhou dialect,so that wenzhou dialect and regional culture get better protection and inheritance.This paper takes Wenzhou dialect as the research object,explores its historical background and regional culture by studying its linguistic features and characteristic vocabularies.Then it provides solid theoretical support and specific technical guidance for the visual graphic design of dialect by applying the theories and analysis methods of semiotics and semantics.This paper establishes the symbol system of wenzhou dialect,from the perspective of dialect semantics,completes the transformation between language symbols and visual symbols through divergent thinking and various means of expression,and constructs a set of flow methods of semantic visual graphic design of Wenzhou dialect combining with the design of characters and graphics.Finally,the semantic visual graphic design of Wenzhou dialect is applied in practice and presented in the form of cultural and creative products and new media.To sum up,the wenzhou dialect semantic visual graphic design,use of semiotics and semantics theory and analysis method,is in wenzhou dialect of the beneficial attempt in visual graphic design practice,also for the wenzhou dialect of semantic visual graphic design study has provided a broad field of vision,and a new method to promote the protection,inheritance and development of wenzhou dialect.
