Research Objective:This paper studies the influence of Latin dance and standard dance on female college students’ physical fitness and physical aesthetic ability,and probes into the effect of chacha and waltz training on female college students’ physical fitness and physical aesthetic ability.The purpose of this study is to explore the influence of different sports dances on the physical quality and aesthetic ability of female college students through the intervention of 12-week chacha Cha training and waltz training.Research methods:Using the method of literature,expert interview,experiment,questionnaire,test and other research methods,to explore the influence of different sports dance training on the physical quality and sports aesthetic ability of female college students.According to the research needs,three sports elective classes with more than 20 female students in preschool education major of Yancheng Preschool Demonstration College were randomly selected as experimental objects,including two sports dance elective classes and one yoga elective class.Among the three classes,the class that uses chacha for sports dance training is set as experimental group A,and the class that uses waltz training is set as experimental group B.The yoga elective class was set as the control group,with 3(group:Experimental group A,experimental group B,control group)×2(time:Before and after the experiment).Before the experiment,questionnaires were distributed to the three classes,and 20 girls in each class were selected randomly to participate in the experiment(single-blind experiment).The final effective data of the three classes were 20 each,a total of 60 people;At the same time,after collecting the basic information of the three classes,the physical quality test of the three classes was carried out.Also,20 girls in each class were selected to participate in the experiment by random selection.Conclusion:(1)Through 12-week training intervention,chacha training,waltz training and yoga training did not significantly improve the performance of speed quality,agility quality and endurance quality of the subjects.(2)Through 12-week training intervention,among the three training methods,chacha Chacha training improved the subjects’strength quality scores the most,followed by waltz training,yoga training improved the subjects’ strength quality scores a little.(3)Through 12-week training intervention,among the three training methods,yoga training had the largest improvement on subjects’ flexibility performance,while chacha and waltz training had a small improvement on subjects’ flexibility performance.(4)Through the 12-week training intervention,among the three training methods,waltz training had the largest improvement on subjects’ physical aesthetic perception,and chacha training had the largest improvement on subjects’ physical aesthetic appreciation and physical aesthetic creativity.
