Sports dance is a new type of sport that is currently a relative trend in China.It is loved by the public.Just dance is a dance style of Latin dance in sports dance.Its melody is melodious and cheerful,and its action is light and humorous.It is the most popular of Latin dance.The project is also the project that many Latin dance teachers bear the brunt of.At present,the physical health of primary school students has been declining year by year,which is mainly reflected in the continuous increase in the rate of obesity and the continuous decline in the age of myopia.Therefore,this article uses literature research methods,expert interviews,experimental methods,mathematical statistics,and logical analysis methods to study the effects of Cha-cha Dance practice on primary school students' physical fitness.A comparative study of data obtained from experimental and control groups is conducted.,Research indicates:(1)Cha-cha Dance is a dance of Latin dance in sports dance.Its tunes are pleasant and cheerful,and its movements are light and humorous.It is the most popular item among children and youths.as the Cha-cha dance practice has a good promotion effect on their physical fitness,it is mainly reflected in flexibility,sensitivity,speed,and so on.(2)After the four-month exercise,the scores of the anteversion of the seated body in the experimental group were 22.53±7.53 times and the control group was13.31±4.46 times,P=0.000<0.01.There was a very significant difference.Therefore,based on the above analysis,it can be concluded that compared with the traditional practice,the former is more effective in improving the subject's leg and hip flexibility.(3)After four months of Cha-cha Dance practice,the score of skipping in the experimental group and the control group was P=0.010<0.05,and the experimental group was higher than the control group.There was a very significant difference.And the experimental group compared with the control group closed-end single-leg support,P = 0.001,there is a very significant difference.It shows that just dancing practice can improve student's ability of accuracy,sensitivity,coordination,rhythm,etc.,as well as have a significant effect on improving static balance and body control ability.(4)There was a very significant difference between the experimental group andthe control group in the four-month exercise after the Cha-cha Dance(P=0.008<0.05).It shows that the right dance practice can improve the ability of the testee to respond instantaneously.(5)There was no significant difference in the sit-ups of the experimental group after the four-month exercise.In the experimental group and the control group,the 50 m × 8 round-trip performance was P = 0.189> 0.05.There was no significant difference.This article believes that the right-hand dance training does not have a significant effect on the waist and abdominal strength and cardiorespiratory capacity of the subjects.
