Research On Qin Wenchen’s "Wide Line" Technique From The Perspective Of Orchestration

The word "line" originated from ancient Chinese painting art.Inspired and influenced by traditional Chinese painting art and folk music,Qin Wenchen,the composer,has used the musical unfolding method similar to line art in painting for reference in many of his works,and named it "wide line" technique.And "wide" line this technique because of its need to be made up of many parts,in the process of implementation will inevitably produce the arrangement of the composer on instruments,this paper will in the perspective of instruments,for the composer Qin Wenchen "wide line" used in the music creation technique for parsing and classification,as the research Qin Wenchen music language to do a certain accumulation.The thesis is divided into three parts: The first part will briefly introduce the composer Qin Wenchen and his music creation,and interpret the composition logic and cultural connotation of "broad lines" technology from the perspective of Traditional Chinese painting art and folk music;The second part will analyze the use logic of "wide lines" within and between different musical instrument groups from the perspective of timbre configuration.In the third part,the classification of "dynamic" and "static" and the variation of "wide" and "narrow" between different "wide lines" will be explained by combining some spectrum analysis techniques from the perspective of actual sound.Through a case study of composer Qin Wenchen’s "broad lines" technique,this paper summarizes his progress in combining western modern composition techniques with Traditional Chinese national culture.
