In recent years,with the wave of "Chinese fever",more and more foreigners want to learn Chinese.In order to better develop the teaching of Chinese as a foreign language,Chinese as a foreign language teachers are required to constantly improve their comprehensive literacy.If they want to improve the teaching quality,the teaching design plays a vital role.Teachers do teaching design before class,is an overall grasp of the course content,is conducive to teachers to control the rhythm of the class.Based on the nature and characteristics of elementary Chinese comprehensive course,this paper takes multi-modal theory as the main theoretical basis,comprehensively uses other teaching methods and multimedia technology,and carries out the teaching design of Lesson 17,This cheongsam is more beautiful than that in the second volume of the new practical Chinese textbook.The teaching design of this course starts from the sequence of "practice of new words-text explanation-practice of grammar".On the basis of completing teaching tasks and objectives,this paper tries to attract students’ attention,stimulate students’ interest in learning Chinese,relieve students’ anxiety and enhance students’ confidence in learning Chinese through "multi-modal theory".I hope that through this teaching design,we can have a deeper understanding of the multi-modal theory,and provide more references for the teaching design of primary Chinese comprehensive course.
