This article focuses on the current situation of dance aesthetic education in schools in Xinjiang region.Against the background of the Xinjiang governance strategy of "cultural rejuvenation of Xinjiang",and with the reference of the compulsory education art curriculum standards(2022 version)and Mr.Lv Yisheng’s quality education dance,it focuses on the education concept advocated by China in the new era,adheres to the "people-oriented" education concept,and focuses on cultivating students’ core literacy.Carry out a three-month online teaching practice of Chinese ethnic and folk dance aesthetic education courses at Yucai School in Shanshan County,Turpan,Xinjiang.The author actively explores and practices the aesthetic education of Chinese ethnic and folk dance,integrating the new version of compulsory education dance curriculum content into each unit’s curriculum,including four parts: "expression","creation","appreciation",and "integration".The curriculum is set up according to local conditions,and teaching is organized according to students’ aptitude,and teaching methods are guided according to the situation.Cultivate students’ patriotism through dance,establish ethnic unity and cultural confidence;Cultivate virtue through dance,enhance ideological and moral character and good quality;Using dance to inspire wisdom,imagination,creativity,and knowledge connection ability;Using dance to nourish the heart and guide healthy psychology and personality;Dance to enhance physical fitness and exercise ability;Cultivate beauty through dance,cultivate aesthetic awareness and taste.At the same time,it can help primary school students reduce their physical and mental burden,boldly express their inner emotions in happy dances,and receive aesthetic enjoyment and influence,in order to enhance the comprehensive literacy that primary school students in the new era should possess.This article is mainly divided into three parts: The first part is an analysis of the situation,teachers’ situation,and learning situation of Yucai School in Shanshan County;The second part is the analysis of the curriculum design and teaching practice of dance and aesthetic education at Yucai School in Shanshan County.The curriculum design includes: an overview of the nature of the curriculum,the concept of curriculum design,an overview of curriculum design examples,and an analysis of teaching practice.The analysis includes: an analysis of the actual situation of online courses,guiding teaching of educational goals,an analysis of the situation of teaching objects,and a teaching evaluation mechanism;The third part is a reflection on the practice of dance aesthetic education courses at Yucai School in Shanshan County.
