In June 2021,the Ministry of Culture and Tourism made an important deployment for the construction of a modern public cultural service system during the14 th Five-Year Plan period,and proposed to develop more intelligent application scenarios of public cultural services,among which the public cultural cloud project was put on the agenda.In recent years,many provinces have successively explored public digital cultural services,and cultural clouds at provincial,prefecture,district and county levels have appeared.However,there are problems in domestic public culture cloud platforms,such as inconsistent names,irregular systems,limited service scope,unbalanced development,and imperfect service channels.Imperfection in these aspects will reduce user experience,resulting in poor service and communication effect,and affect public satisfaction.Therefore,maintaining public satisfaction is related to the future development focus and trend of the emerging cloud of public culture platform,which can further promote the construction of public digital culture to benefit more people.Unfortunately,current scholars do not have much research on the public culture cloud platform.Most of the academic achievements only focus on the more macro research level of public digital cultural services,mainly involving the public cultural service system and service efficiency,and the research from the public perspective is scarce.Therefore,the main purpose of this paper is to explore the public culture cloud platform from the perspective of the public influencing factors of public satisfaction,on the one hand,enrich the relevant research results of public culture cloud platform to provide a theoretical reference for the public satisfaction research of public culture cloud platform,on the other hand,according to the research conclusion,provide advice for the future development of public culture cloud platform.Based on the existing academic achievements,this study integrates the Technology Acceptance Model(TAM)and the De Lone and Mc Lean Information System Success Model(D&M),selects the system,information and service quality in the D&M model as three variables of the observation public culture cloud platform,selects the perceived value factors of the TAM model,namely perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use as intermediate variables,constructs public satisfaction as the outcome variable,and obtains data through questionnaire for empirical analysis.The conclusions of the study show that:(1)The public’s perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use of the cultural cloud platform will positively and significantly affect the satisfaction,but the impact degree of the two is different,and the perceived ease of use has a greater impact on the public satisfaction.(2)Among the factors affecting perceived value,the system quality and information quality of public culture cloud platform have a positive and significant impact on the public,among which the information quality of public culture cloud platform has a positive and significant impact on the public.(3)The public has an intermediary between perceived ease of use and public satisfaction.(4)Users focus on the instant two-way communication experience rather than just one-way push.Accordingly,the following suggestions are put forward for the future development of the public culture cloud platform:(1)To consider the age stage and build an easy to use platform.(2)Check the cultural content and improve the information quality.(3)Build the main channels and give full play to the practical efficiency.(4)Optimize intelligent services to realize real-time communication.The existing research mainly discusses the service content,service resources and coordination mechanism of the public culture cloud platform itself.One of the innovation points of this research lies in the entry point and the user experience,from the perspective of user experience,discussing the influencing factors and improvement countermeasures of public satisfaction of public culture cloud platform is a supplement to the research field of public culture cloud platform.In addition,this research integrates TAM model and D&M model,and expands the evaluation system of the satisfaction of public digital culture service platform.However,there are still some deficiencies in this study.On the one hand,limited by the limitation of respondents,this study is only persuasive within a certain scope.On the other hand,since this study is only based on the integration of TAM model and D&M model,the inductive elements are not comprehensive enough and there is a subjective bias,and the general significance of the research conclusions needs to be further tested.
