Violin Concerto in D Major was written by Johannes Brahms in 1878.Although this work was born in the romantic period,its genre and musical structure have a strong classical style.Conduct research on bow fingering,understand how it inherits classicism and integrate romantic music styles,and explore how bow fingering serves music and how to better express music.The first chapter of this article introduces the composer’s life and the creation background of the works to be studied in this article.After a preliminary understanding,the second chapter analyzes the musical structure,musical style,and the cooperation between the soloist and the orchestra.The third and fourth chapters explore the different musical effects produced by different bowing and fingering in the playing.The playing audio-visual data of different violinists,combined with their special point of playing,find out identity and specificity,and to more accurately grasp Brahms’ classical and romantic music style,so that the player can express the music more appropriately.This article aims to demonstrate that bow fingering choices are ultimately in the service of the music,thus providing valuable help for more players to better interpret the works.
