| Noun is the most numerous category of words in modern Chinese and is also the basic knowledge that foreign students must master according to the Chinese language teaching syllabus.There are still various opinions in academia regarding the nature,syntactic function,semantic characteristics,and pragmatic function of Chinese noun.Based on the basic combination mode,collocation habits,and semantic interpretation of Chinese nouns in texts,Yuan Yulin(2014)proposed a physical structure description system for Chinese noun,defining ten qualia roles form,composition,evaluation,accomplishment,material,function,behavior,disposal,unit and location,which provides theoretical support for our future research on Chinese noun teaching.The paper,guided by the theories of generative lexicon theory and second language acquisition,has established a closed Chinese noun corpus by integrating the noun in the "new HSK vocabulary level outline".On the basis of Yuan Yulin(2014),this paper divided the role of Chinese noun into eight categories: A,B,C,D,E,F,G and H.By using SPASS AU software and implication scale to analyze the questionnaires of foreign students in China,we conclude that foreign students with different HSK levels have differences in the acquisition of Chinese noun,especially in the acquisition of class E,class A and class C noun.The order of the eight types of noun acquired by the foreign students of HSK level is D,H,G,a,C,B,E and F,class D(with behavior role)and class H(with evaluation role)noun are in the same stage of acquisition,class A(with agent role)and class C(with function role)noun are in the same stage of acquisition,class B(with material role)noun,class E(with disposal role)noun and class F(with location role)noun are at the same stage of acquisition.Then,combined with the error corpus collected by the author,we summarized error types and analyzed the error of the foreign students in the acquisition of Chinese noun.Finally,in view of the above-mentioned research conclusions,the author put forward suggestions on textbook compilation and teachers’ teaching,and took the teaching of positioning noun as an example to carry out teaching design. |
