The Inspiration And Application Of Dunhuang Mural Painting Language To The Creation Of Meticulous Figure Painting

Dunhuang Mogao Grottoes is one of the most complete preserved art treasure-house in the world.Its grottoes murals,statues occupy an important position in the history of Chinese art,attracting many art lovers to study,copy and create their artwork on this basis.Mural is an important part of the Dunhuang Mogao Grottoes,in the Dunhuang murals,figure painting is also the most representative.The creation of fine brushwork figure painting is very similar to the figure painting in Dunhuang murals in theory and techniques.The creation of contemporary meticulous figure painting should conform to the aesthetic changes of The Times,inherit and develop the fine artistic characteristics of Dunhuang murals,draw lessons from the special artistic spirit and aesthetic interest of Dunhuang murals combined with the creation theme,to express and convey the aesthetic feelings and aesthetic ideals,and at the same time expand the creative ideas of meticulous figure painting and the form of painting expression.This paper takes the murals in Cave 57 of Dunhuang as an example,analyzes the application of fine brushwork figure painting to the elements of Dunhuang mural painting,explores the connection between Dunhuang mural painting and fine brushwork figure painting,and the influence of Dunhuang mural painting on the creation of fine brushwork figure painting from the perspective of different painting languages.This paper is elaborated through four chapters.The first chapter is introduction,describes the Dunhuang murals and meticulous figure painting research background,research status and research methods.The second chapter describes the general situation of meticulous figure painting,mainly from the development of meticulous figure painting in different times and its characteristics.In the third chapter,I will analyse the painting language of Cave 57 of Dunhuang Murals,the specific content of the topic is expounded and the influence on the creation of meticulous figure painting,which is described from four aspects: composition form,character modeling,color application and material texture,so as to provide reference analysis for the subsequent creation.Then the fourth chapter describes the inspiration,conception and enlightenment of the painting works,sorts out the influence of the painting language of Dunhuang murals on the creation,expounds the reference and application of Dunhuang murals in the creation,and achieves the combination of theory and practice.
