Form "Courtesy Demands Reciprocity"to "Benefit Demands Reciprocity"

In Chinese society,human relationship is a common social phenomenon,and also a cultural phenomenon with folk significance.Traditional rural society follows the principle of economic reciprocity and reciprocity,and attaches great importance to human etiquette and customs.However,with the development of modernization and urbanization,the forms of rural human relations have undergone great changes.The emotional factor of gifts is weakened,and the utilitarian factor is strengthened,gradually becoming an instrumental means.The rural human relations have obviously changed from "courtesy demands reciprocity" to "benefit demands reciprocity".The research takes south west Hubei province D Village as the field point.Through reading relevant literature and profound field research,this paper discusses the changes of rural human relations.Analyzing the characteristics and essence of rural human relations through phenomena,and digging out the changes of rural social relations network and social structure behind the changes of human relations.This is conducive to promoting the construction of rural civilization and building a new socialist countryside.D Village is a typical village in the southwestern mountainous area of Hubei Province.With the continuous development of modernization and urbanization,nowadays human relations have changed obviously compared with traditional society.For example the increase of gift money,the increase of reasons to hold human relations,the enhancement of utilitarianism,the prevailing trend of comparison and so on.There are many reasons for the rural human relations have changed from "courtesy demands reciprocity" to "benefit demands reciprocity".Firstly,in terms of economy,the significant improvement of the economic level provides a solid material basis for the interaction of villagers.The profit-seeking nature of the market economy has greatly improved the utilitarianism of "benefit demands reciprocity" in human relations.Many villagers frequently consume human feelings for private purposes,resulting in endless alienation.Secondly,in terms of culture,foreign cultures such as money worship and utilitarianism have had a huge impact on traditional etiquette culture,resulting in the gradual dilution of traditional customs and fewer and fewer emotional factors in human consumption.Finally,in terms of psychology,under the influence of the concept of face,comparison psychology and crowd psychology,all kinds of unhealthy human consumption behaviors have occurred one after another.The changes of rural human relations has caused adverse consequences to the villagers and the whole village,such as increasing the burden of human relations,destroying interpersonal harmony,serious waste of resources,corrupt social conduct and so on.Therefore,through in-depth field investigation and combined with the actual situation of D Village,it is urgent to promote the rational return of rural human relations,we can strengthen publicity and education,advocate civilized consumption,perfect the rural governance system,form a good fashion,carry forward the excellent traditional culture,form a harmonious village style,improve the service system and perfect the supervision mechanism.In order to promote the normal communication among villagers,guide them to form civilized and rational consumption concept,and shape good village customs.
