Research On The Application Of Colored Clay In The Innovation Of Ceramic Decoration

Ceramic art is the product of the development of human civilization,and decoration is inseparable from it.Different times have different decorative characteristics.In a sense,pottery decoration records the process of human aesthetic development with a unique language,and it is still in continuous inheritance,breakthrough and innovation.In pottery decoration,there are two dimensional decorative language and three dimensional modeling,mud and clay,which are the combination of mud and color.This process can make pottery works present unique decorative effects.In this paper,pottery color clay as the research object,pottery color clay decoration techniques as the main line,the texture and decorative effect of mud and color were analyzed.Through the method of literature research,case analysis and practice exploration,this paper summarizes the origin,evolution and development of pottery color clay decoration,analyzes the works and creation ideas of pottery artists at home and abroad,and summarizes the expression techniques and artistic characteristics of pottery color clay decoration.Combined with the experimental exploration in the process of my pottery creation,the ratio of clay and ceramic high-temperature color materials and the comprehensive application of paper,cotton and glass in the innovative application of pottery decoration,expand and extend the diversity and interest of pottery decoration,and provide new ideas for pottery creation.
