Vertical Screen Adaptation In Culinary Documentary Short Films

As a collision product between documentary and Internet media,portrait documentary short films skillfully use "algorithm" to enable them to fully grasp the relationship between content and users under the trend of rapid development of Internet platform.On the basis of traditional documentary creation principles,the precise control of film rhythm makes the vertical documentary short film show unique fresh characteristics and unique innovative charm.This paper sets the main research object as "vertical food documentary film".Combined with the creation of my personal work "The Ultimate Taste of Huaiyang",this paper analyzes the internal connection and uniqueness brought by evolution of vertical food documentary film from the perspectives of narrative presentation,audio-visual language,value exploration and other aspects based on the relevant research of traditional documentaries.Macro aspects from montage,landscape,sound,background,movement,and so on,micro aspects from the details,color palette,foil,foreground and other dimensions of comprehensive exploration.In order to explore the feasibility creation rules of vertical food documentary short films in the new media environment,a creation context system belonging to vertical food documentary short films is constructed.This paper proposes practical optimization schemes from multiple dimensions,such as: more professional content for precise user groups;The artistic style with strong jump and large differentiation is taken as the personality label;Construct narrative with multi-dimensional and multi-level audiovisual feelings and so on.At the same time,this paper will improve the spiritual connotation and cultural value of vertical food documentary films as the focus,focusing on the study of film language expression and film narrative style in the form of vertical food documentary films,so as to promote the vertical food documentary films become a new way to carry forward Chinese traditional food culture.
