At present,my country’s new rural construction is facing the dilemma of "dual state governance paradox".The traditional rural ethics system is on the verge of collapse under the impact of modernization,and the rural culture rooted in multiple dimensions of rural society has been eroded by modern civilization,which has shaken the rural area.The cultural foundation of society has caused problems such as "cultural vacuum","value disorder",and untrustworthy acquaintances in rural society,thus affecting the rural governance system,economic production activities,and folk customs and beliefs of rural society.In order to solve the various difficulties faced by rural society,the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China proposed to implement the rural revitalization strategy in accordance with the general requirements of "prosperous industry,livable ecology,civilized rural customs,effective governance,and affluent life".Among them,the revitalization of rural culture is the cultural foundation for the realization of my country’s rural revitalization strategy,and rural culture is a set of ethical value systems and behavioral methods accumulated in the long-term production and life practice of rural society,and is reflected in the daily thinking and behavioral methods of rural residents.Among them,there is a close internal connection with the political,economic,cultural,social and other multi-dimensional aspects of rural society.Therefore,realizing the revitalization of local culture is the cultural promoter that fundamentally promotes the strategy of rural revitalization in my country,and the key to realizing the revitalization of local culture lies in the effective integration of excellent local culture and modern culture,so as to inject the vitality of the times into Chinese traditional culture.Volunteering is an effective way to reconstruct the text of local culture,integrate local culture with modern culture,and promote the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy: on the one hand,local culture can provide excellent traditional cultural nutrients for volunteer service.On the other hand,volunteer service can effectively connect modern culture and local culture,and interpret local culture with the text of the rural revitalization strategy and the socialist core values of the new era.Through voluntary service,we can meet the multi-dimensional needs of rural society in the new era,and rejuvenate the vitality and vitality of local culture.In rural society,volunteer service is rooted in the foundation of local local culture,and the text of local culture is reconstructed,effectively forming the cultural foundation of local society,and radiating the political,economic and social aspects of local society through the inheritance and innovation of local culture to promote the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy in an all-round way.Taking three volunteer service organizations in Boluo County,Guangdong Province as an example,this article explains in detail how the local culture of Boluo County accumulates cultural capital for volunteer service,promotes better and faster development of volunteer service,and how volunteer service revitalizes the countryside.The strategy and the concept of socialist core values in the new era are integrated into the local culture to realize the reconstruction of the text of the local culture,while effectively reviving the local culture,it promotes the reconstruction of the local ethical culture system and the rural moral governance order in the local society,and finally promotes the rural revitalization strategy.implementation process.
