In recent years,with the popularity of Wolf Warrior 2,Operation Red Sea,My People My Country,The Battle at Lake Changjin and other films,the box office records of Chinese film history have been repeatedly refreshed,and theme films have attracted much attention.The new era of theme films,breaking the stereotype of it.Since the slogan of theme creation was formally put forward at the end of 1980 s,theme film has walked out of a unique film development road.Especially after the film system reform in the new century,theme films began to gradually break away from the system and move towards the market.Thematic films have undergone a series of changes,which are closely related to their communication strategies.From the perspective of communication strategy,this study tries to sort out the development course of theme films in the new century.The main body of this study consists of four parts.The first part defines the concept of theme film,clarifies the basic connotation of the communication strategy of this study,summarizes the historical evolution of theme film before the new century,and the development background of theme film since the new century.The second part is divided into three stages: the period 2000-2007 is the exploratory period,2007-2016 is the growth period,and 2016-present is the mature period.At each stage of development,the characteristics of communication subjects,content creation strategies and propaganda and distribution strategies are analyzed.The third part is an empirical study on the communication effect of the current theme film communication strategy.The fourth part puts forward the future prospect of the communication strategy of theme films: in terms of content creation,one is to maintain the diversity of themes,but to build a balance between ideology,artistry and commerciality;At the level of publicity and distribution,one is to build a three-dimensional communication network through multi-platform linkage,and the other is to develop peripheral products to extend the value of the film. |
