Since the outbreak of COVID-19 in 2019,the domestic physical culture tourism industry and content production industry,represented by the theme park,has been greatly impacted.With the stability of COVID-19 pandemic prevention and control in China,though the theme park tourism industry has gradually recovered in 2021,its growth trend has been much worse than before.Under the serious influence of the epidemic,the small and medium-sized cultural companies,which mainly engage in the overall planning and design of cultural tourism,IP Design of theme parks as well as film and television content production,are facing some problems such as the reduction of traditional business volume,the growth of business risk and so on.The traditional cultural business of the company has been unable to find new profit growth points under the emergence of problems such as long collection times,diluted profits,tight cash flow and so on.No new profit growth point can be found in this kind of business,so a new business model design is urgently needed.By conducting the research on the theory of creative economy and consumer psychology,through the combination of the analysis of the current consumption environment and the current situation analysis of the company,this thesis makes the adjustment of the company’s business and designs the business model of the new business.As an emerging product sales model,blind box is in line with the diversified,personalized and low-cost needs of cultural and creative products.Since it has great potential,the design of a new business model by taking this as the core is suitable.The shaping strategic thinking is taken as the guidance in this thesis,the network questionnaire is taken as the basis,the business canvas model is taken as the design tool,and the Internet thinking is combined.According to the analysis of the internal and external environment of Chihuahua company,it starts from the customer model,channel,service model and profit model to design the business model of blind box cultural and creative products.The customers are segmented according to customer needs and the differentiated value propositions are provided for different customers.By making combination of online and offline,and taking milk tea blind box as the main sales channel in the early stage,the entity and virtuality are combined to provide diversified services.The sales of blind box cultural products and value-added virtual ordering service are taken as the main profit model.Finally,the forecast for the sales channel innovation of blind box cultural products and the subsequent IP commercialization of cultural products is carried out.
