With the accelerated development of international Chinese education,the traditional training mode for international Chinese education masters can not fully meet the needs of the social market.In order to meet the diverse needs of the social market after graduation and realize the sustainable development of the international Chinese education cause,optimizing the talent training program of colleges and universities can play a very good role in promoting it.Nowadays,there is a situation that the international Masters of Chinese education cultivated by colleges and universities cannot fully meet the market demand.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to optimize the research on the cultivation program of international Masters of Chinese education talents so as to meet the diversified market demand for international Chinese education talents.According to the seven major geographical regions of China,this paper selects the training programs of master of International Chinese education in seven universities as the research object,follows the concept of "reverse design,forward implementation" of OBE,and studies the optimization of the training programs of master of international Chinese education from the perspective of market demand.Based on the method of text mining,the author uses ROST CM6.0 software to analyze the data,to understand the current situation of the international Chinese education industry in the market and the demand for talents in the market.In addition,the author uses the case analysis method to select the talent training programs of master of International Chinese education in seven colleges and universities,and comprehensively compares and analyzes the internal relations and differences of the talent training programs of these colleges and universities.By comparing the training programs of international Master of Chinese education in colleges and universities with the data analysis results of the market survey,it is found that there are the following problems: the orientation of the training target is not accurate enough,the coverage of the curriculum is not extensive enough,and the emphasis on professional practice is not enough.The following conclusions are drawn:(1)The international Chinese education industry in the market has high requirements for talents’ skills,and the graduates of master’s degree in international Chinese education cannot fully meet the market demand;(2)The international Chinese education industry in the market has high requirements on the practical ability of talents;(3)There is still a gap between the training of international Chinese education masters in colleges and universities and the demand for talents in the social market.Based on the problems found above,the thesis puts forward the talent training program for master of International Chinese education with specific location advantages and clear training objectives.Combined with related disciplines,training compound talents and other optimization suggestions.Through the investigation and analysis of the recruitment information in the recruitment website,the data support is provided to understand the current situation and market demand of the international Chinese education industry in the market.At the same time,the theoretical support is provided to optimize the talent training program of international Chinese education masters,which can help universities to develop the talent training program of international Chinese education masters suitable for the market demand.To provide high-quality talents to meet the diverse needs of the social market,so as to truly promote the sustainable development of international Chinese education.
