With the combination of textual research and criticism,Lin Yunming’s“Hanwenqi” introduces the method of writing in time,analyzes the grammar ofarticleof Han Yuin detail from the perspective of eight-part essay,and Nothing in Common it in the classics of the past dynasties.Starting from the background of the times and referring to Lin Yunming’s literary theory that regards orthodoxy as the core and regards practical application as the aim,this paper clarifies Lin Yunming’s thoughts on school evaluation on the basis of the grammar of the time,to sum up the important role that “Hanwenqi” played in the literary circle of Qing dynasty and the Han Yu Research Institute of later generations.This article will be divided into four chapters:The first chapter starts from the writing background of“Hanwenqi”,combined with the background of the late Ming and early Qing dynasties,testifies the life track of Lin Yunming,and reconstructs his spiritual world,in-depth exploration of thearticle of Han Yu book motivation and“Qi” a three-level interpretation of the word.The second chapter mainly discusses the academic thought and the value orientation contained in the novel.First of all,the thesis starts from the three prominent characteristics of Lin Yunming’s academic ideas embodied in“Hanwenqi”,supplemented by the evolution of academic thoughts in the late Ming and early Qing dynasties,and the rich culture of neo-confucianism and the cultural tradition of belief in gods in Fujian,showing his dialectical view of literature and Taoism,the development of Confucianism and the unique regional characteristics of the concept of ghosts and gods of the Trinity of thought.At the same time,it explores the value orientation of Lin Yunming’s patriotism,and expounds the similarities and differences between Lin Yunming and Han Yu in his official career and political ideals,as well as his status as a scholar-bureaucrat,how the Confucian concept of life and death is reflected in his literary and political practice.The third chapter starts with the comment way of“Hanwenqi”,mainly inspects Lin Yunming’s comment characteristic,constructs the unique Lin Yunming’s comment system.The first section clarifies the basis and significance of the book’s choice of tense grammar as the main way of comment by analyzing the evaluation criteria of tense.The second section analyzes in detail Lin Yunming’s unique comment way of“Entering the ancient prose with the method of time and style”,and summarizes his grammatical experience in the conception and structure of the essay.At the end of Ming dynasty and the beginning of Qing dynasty,this kind of eight-part grammar was mostly used in novel criticism.The third section points out the textual research tendency revealed in the book through Lin Yunming’s flexible application of the evaluation system of knowing people and discussing the world.The fourth chapter is the overall review of the evaluation and influence of“Hanwenqi”.In the first section,from a vertical time perspective,Lin Yunming’s rebellion and transcendence over his predecessors in annotation of article of Han Yu are enumerated,and the progress and innovation are firstly embodied in his supplement and study of the second volume of inscription written by Han Yu.In addition,this paper compares this book with the original Han Yu’scollected works compiled by Li Han and Zhu Xi’s book “Examination of differences”,and summarizes the criticism and correction of various errors and omissions in this book.In the second section,it reveals the influence and contribution of the book on the study of article.Thanks to the well-developed printing industry in the Ming and Qing Dynasties,once the book was published,it made a difference,for a time was regarded as the criterion of articleof Han Yu evaluation.Its simplicity and comprehensibility not only deepened the spread and popularity of articleof Han Yu in Ming and Qing dynasties,but also provided a theoretical model for future generations.
